Chicken+ is a road crossing arcade game. A chicken starts on the left side of the road. Each lane crossed multiplies the current win. Cross all of them or cash out whenever you like - those are the only two decisions in the game.
The road has a fixed number of lanes depending on the risk level chosen. Each lane shows its multiplier below it. At each crossing attempt, the chicken either succeeds and advances (current win updates to the new lane multiplier times bet) or fails and the round ends with the bet lost. Obstacles are pixel art vehicles: police cars, fire trucks, taxis, electric trucks, traffic cones. Cash out at any point after a successful crossing to lock in that multiplier.
The risk selector changes everything. Easy mode gives 24 lanes with gradual multiplier steps: 1x at lane 1, up to 24x at the end. Survival odds start around 89% per lane and the last lane has roughly a 25% chance of success. It's slow, steady, and the max is modest.
Medium compresses to 22 lanes and steepens the curve: 1.09x at lane 1, 2208x at lane 22. Hard runs 20 lanes with multipliers accelerating to 51,004x. Neither is casual.
Dare Devil is the outlier. Fifteen lanes, survival probability dropping from about 61% at lane 1 to roughly 9% at lane 15, with a theoretical maximum of 3,138,009x. That final multiplier is nearly unreachable in practice - compound the survival odds across all 15 lanes and the probability of making it to the end approaches zero. It's there, it's confirmed by the game server, and almost nobody will ever see it.
RTP is 97.5%. That figure applies only to rounds played through to completion - the game's own rules state this explicitly. Cashing out early cuts the effective return. Easy mode with an early cashout at lane 3 or 4 gives worse expected value than the headline number suggests. Players who habitually cash out early are playing at a lower RTP than the one advertised.
The practical implication: Dare Devil played to completion has the same theoretical 97.5% return as Easy played to completion. The mode you choose changes the variance, not the long-run math (assuming full-completion play).
Road-crossing cash-out games have been a fixture at crypto casinos for a few years. Chicken+ is Pragmatic Play's version - their second arcade title after Plinko+ launched in July 2025. Bringing this format to the regulated mainstream market means certified RNG, licensed audits, and the structured risk selection that informal versions typically lack. The pixel art visual style and the four labeled risk modes are the product's clearest differentiators from the unbranded crypto originals.
