How slot series work
A series starts when a game sells well enough to justify sequels. The original engine usually stays the same - providers reskin it with new themes, tweak the math, or bolt on an extra feature. Sweet Bonanza became Sweet Bonanza Xmas, then 1000, then CandyLand. Gates of Olympus spawned Gates of Aztec, Valhalla, and over twenty more.
Not all sequels are reskins
Some series genuinely evolve. ELK's Nitropolis started as a 3x4 grid and expanded into completely different formats with Pug Thugs, Rogue Rats, and themed spinoffs. Pirots went from cluster pays to increasingly complex cascade systems across five entries. The series name connects them, but the gameplay shifts.
Why series pages matter
When a franchise has ten variants, it's hard to tell which one suits you. Same brand, different max win. Same theme, different volatility. The series pages here put every entry next to each other so you can spot the differences - RTP gaps, grid changes, bonus round upgrades - without opening each game separately.
