About Fortune Snake Slot
Sixth entry in PG Soft's Fortune Rabbit zodiac cycle, following the sequence through Mouse, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, and Dragon. Where earlier Fortune games gave you a simple respin-until-win round, Fortune Snake upgrades the mechanic into a proper hold-and-respin loop. When the Fortune Snake Feature triggers mid-spin - randomly, no scatter required - the game picks one symbol from the paytable. Reels 1 and 3 then show only that chosen symbol or empty positions, while reel 2 shows only Wilds or blanks. If at least one new symbol appears after the reels stop, every symbol already on screen locks in place and the remaining positions respin. That cycle repeats until a spin adds nothing new, then everything pays at once. It's a sticky-symbol accumulation round running on a 3-4-3 asymmetric grid with just 10 positions to fill, so even a few good respins can cover most of the board.
The Bonus Bet toggle sits at the bottom right of the grid - 1.5x your normal stake, doubling the trigger frequency of the Fortune Snake Feature. Wins still calculate from the base bet, not the inflated one, so you're paying a premium purely for more frequent feature entries. The feature itself hits roughly once per 100 spins without the toggle. Doubling that rate changes the session feel noticeably on a game this volatile-low, where base game payline hits are frequent but small. The whole design leans on the feature round doing the heavy lifting: nearly 30% of the total return comes from Fortune Snake triggers despite their 1% hit rate.
Visually it's a neon-drenched Lunar New Year party. The snake - teal-scaled, wearing a red snapback cap, gripping a microphone - coils around reel 2 like a hip-hop MC hosting a stage show. Gold ingots, pearl orbs, and chain-link medallions stamped with dollar signs fill the symbol positions against a glowing magenta-and-purple backdrop of traditional Chinese lanterns and temple arches. Stacking all four Wild positions on reel 2 activates a x10 multiplier on every win that spin. Four Wilds on a 4-row reel sounds unlikely, but the Fortune Snake Feature locks Wilds in place across respins too - so if reel 2 accumulates Wilds one respin at a time, the x10 kicks in on the final payout calculation. That's how 5,000x becomes reachable on a low-volatility, 10-payline game with no free spins round at all.
