About Gears of Horus
A 6x6 cluster grid sits inside a mechanical Egyptian temple frame, complete with steampunk cogs and robotic guardians flanking the reels. Wins require five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically - no paylines, no ways. Winning clusters disappear through the tumble mechanic and new symbols drop in from above.
The grid expansion is the centerpiece. Each consecutive tumble win adds one row or column, pushing the playing field from 6x6 up to 8x8 after four successive cascades. More positions mean more symbols and bigger cluster opportunities. The grid resets to 6x6 when the tumble chain ends.
Random wilds drop onto the grid on any spin, base game included. They substitute for everything except scatters and stick around through tumbles until the chain breaks.
Three scatters trigger 8 free spins. The expanding grid works the same way here, but each expansion step now reveals a win multiplier - up to 5x - that applies to all wins at that grid size. So a 7x7 or 8x8 grid during free spins combines more cluster positions with a multiplier boost. The buy option skips straight to the bonus for 100x the bet.
Cluster payouts start modest: a 5-symbol cluster pays 0.1x to 1x depending on the symbol. But large clusters on an expanded grid change the math fast - a 15-to-64-symbol cluster of premium symbols pays 5x to 100x before any multiplier. The gap between small wins and big hits is wide, which fits the very-high volatility label.
