About Mr. Null's Wicked Wares Slot

Cobwebs in the corners, potions on the shelves, and a long-bearded wizard in red robes leaning on a green-flamed staff beside the grid. The whole game is styled as a magic shop stocked with cursed curiosities - skull jars, flaming skeletal hands, pink bat-creatures, a potted mandragora with fangs, and what looks like a haunted dartboard with an eye at its center. Card symbols from 9 through Ace drip in ghoulish fonts, each a different color (green, blue, red, orange), sitting on dark blue shelves divided by wooden slats. It reads more like a cartoon haunted house than pure horror.

Two buy bonus options sit at 20x and 60x your bet. The cheaper one triggers a standard free spins round, while the 60x entry gets you an enhanced version. Three ante bet tiers are also available during base play, each one raising your stake to increase scatter frequency - useful if you'd rather grind toward the trigger organically instead of buying in. Scatters carry a 2x multiplier badge above the reels when they land, and the Wild (Mr. Null's wizard emblem) fills in for everything except scatters.

The paytable runs steep. A full ways line of the skull jar pays 10x bet, and the pink creature pays 7.5x, but the card symbols bottom out around 1.5x to 2.5x for five-of-a-kind. With 1,024 ways on a 5x4 grid, base game hits lean on stacking matching symbols across all four rows of a reel. The gap between premium and low-pay symbols is wide enough that the card royals mostly serve as filler between the feature symbols that actually move the balance. Three different ante levels is unusual for a ways game - most slots with an ante bet offer one toggle, not a tiered system where each step presumably adjusts both cost and scatter odds differently.
