Midnight Bandits by Betsoft Released

Betsoft cast a fresh heist with Midnight Bandits, live since May 28. The premise - raccoons in fedoras stealing takeout food from cobblestone alleys behind brick tenements - does exactly what it says on the can. Trash-panda burglars, full commitment.

The most striking thing about the math is the grid expansion. The base game runs 5x3, but during the Hold & Win round the playable area can balloon out to 10x6 as you unlock additional reel sets by collecting more Bonus coins: 9 coins opens a second sub-grid, 19 opens a third, 34 unlocks a fourth. Each set runs its own respin counter, and every coin value across all active grids gets summed at the end. You are not just chasing higher coin values, you are chasing more board to land them on.

The trigger needs 6+ coin symbols on the base grid to start the round. Coin values run from 25 up to 250 in denominations - 1x through 10x your stake per individual coin. Even a single grid filling out can stack meaningfully before any sub-grids unlock.

Sitting above the reels is the LOOT BIN, which is the other unusual piece. Every Bonus symbol that lands in base play gets dropped into the bin, and the bin itself can randomly trigger either the Hold & Win round OR the Pick Bonus. Two different bonus types from the same accumulator - that is rare on a Hold and Win slot.

Base game leans on a Nudging Wild Reel exclusive to reel 3 that slides into a full stack and carries a 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x or 10x multiplier on every payline running through it. Random Wilds also fire mid-spin, scattering 3-12 extra wilds across reels 2-5 before wins resolve. Stacked Mystery symbols can cover full reel positions on any reel and reveal as one matching type - a cheap way to flip a dead grid into a paying one.

The Pick Bonus works on a match-3 mechanic. You reveal symbols and match three identical ones to claim a prize from four tiers: Major, Maxi, Super, or Grand at the full 10,000x ceiling. The Mini and Minor jackpots live elsewhere in the coin economy, not in the Pick round.

Numbers: RTP 96.18%, high volatility, 25 fixed paylines on a 5x3 base that expands to 10x6, max win caps at 10,000x. Buy Feature is available if you would rather skip the 6-coin grind for direct bonus access.

Honest gripe? The Pick Bonus is a match-3 lottery rather than skill-based picking, so it can feel anticlimactic after you have ground out a LOOT BIN trigger. But the dual-bonus LOOT BIN routing and the four-grid expansion are genuinely fresh structural ideas, and the moonlit-alley visuals carry their weight.
