About Pizza Prize Slot
Most of what makes this game tick happens once the ovens light up. Land three or more scattered pizzas and you get 15 free games, but the real change is that an oven appears above each of the five reels. Drop any pizza during the round and the oven over its reel cracks open with a different reward depending on which reel it lands on. The structure is fixed, so you quickly learn what each reel does.
Reel one turns the pizza into Tony the chef, or pays a mystery 2x, 3x or 5x of the triggering bet. Reel two only pays the mystery cash. Reel three is the one to watch, since its oven can flip the whole reel to Tony for a full wild column. Reel four bumps that spin's multiplier to x4, x5 or x8. Reel five is your only way to extend the round, handing back one, two or four extra games. Three scatters in the feature won't retrigger it, so reel five carries all the staying power.
The base game runs simpler. Tony substitutes for everything except the scattered pizza, and any winning line he completes pays double on the spot, a small wild boost that stacks with the feature's blanket doubling, so a Tony line inside free games can land at four times its base value. Tony also pays in his own right, climbing to 10,000x your line stake for five across, which is the single biggest hit the paytable offers.
The look is bright cartoon Italian. A red and white striped awning strung with festoon lights sits over the reels, a brick wall and a starry evening street behind, and a mustachioed 3D chef stands guard on the left. Symbols are glossy pizza prep, tomato and onion plates, salami on boards, dough and cheese, plus chunky multicolor card royals. It sits in the same warm, family-friendly corner of the menu as Satan's Kitchen and the rest of the food-themed reels, just older and softer round the edges.
