About Ali Baba's Riches Slot
Every consecutive cascade hands you a lantern, and five lanterns drop you into the Baba Bonus. That collect loop is the spine of the base game. Winning combinations on the 30 lines clear out, symbols tumble down to refill the gaps, and as long as the new drops keep paying, the lantern counter keeps climbing. String five together and the reels step aside for the pick round. Most spins won't get there - it takes a healthy run of back-to-back cascades - but the chain is the only road into the bonus, so the base game is really about keeping that cascade streak alive.
The Baba Bonus is a pick-and-click over a grid of magic lamps. You reveal up to twelve, and each one is one of three colours. Purple lanterns pay cash. Red lanterns bank free spins. Blue lanterns raise a win multiplier that boosts the cash you collect right there in the pick round AND carries straight over into the free spins. So a blue-heavy pick doesn't just pad the bonus, it compounds everything that follows. The round runs until a lantern breaks in your hand or you've opened all twelve, which means the safest-looking grab can also be the one that ends it.
What you walk into free spins with is set entirely by that pick: the spin count comes from the red lanterns, the multiplier from the blue ones, and it applies to every win for the rest of the round. The other piece worth understanding is the Mega Blocks. Medium and high symbols can land as solid 2x2 or 3x3 squares on any reel, and instead of tumbling away whole, they crush downward to fill the voids a cascade leaves behind. In the base game a Mega Block dies after one win like anything else. Inside the free spins it survives several - a 2x2 sticks through two wins, a 3x3 through three - so a single big block of premiums can pay off cascade after cascade before it finally clears.
The wild is a full-height stack rather than a single tile. When part of it joins a win, only those sections shatter, and the leftover sections split into smaller individual wilds that scatter down with the next tumble. Visually it's a sunset treasure city: domed sandstone rooftops and palms behind the reels, dunes rolling out under a pink-and-gold sky, a sharp-eyed turbaned thief among crowns, ruby necklaces and gem rings, with jewel-encrusted card royals filling the low end. No buy option here, so the lantern chain is the only way in - which puts a lot of weight on how long your cascades hold.
