About Cubes 2 Slot
Five cubes connected. That's all it takes. No paylines, no reels, no ways-to-win counter ticking up - just a grid of colored 3D blocks where clusters of matching cubes pay out based on size. All six colors share the same paytable, so it's never about what lands. It's about how many connect.
The grid starts at 5x5 but doesn't stay there. Form a winning cluster and the grid expands one cube outward in every direction, jumping to 7x7. If that bigger grid produces an even larger cluster (higher payout tier), it grows again to 9x9, then 11x11 at maximum - 121 positions instead of the original 25. Wins aren't paid until expansion stops. Four corner positions on the starting grid carry X markers, and when a cluster touches one, the multiplier equals the cluster size. A 9-cube cluster reaching one corner gets 9x. Touch two corners and those values stack: 18x on that same cluster. At 11x11, clusters can stretch far enough to hit three or four corners, and the math gets serious fast. For 85x or so, you can buy directly into either bonus mode and skip the base game entirely.
Standard free spins need five different colors to each form at least one cluster during a single spin sequence. You start with 5 spins and pick mystery cubes that reveal either a sticky color or additional spins, up to 12 total. Sticky cubes accumulate on whatever expanded grid size you've reached, and Color Blast levels pay extra when sticky counts hit certain thresholds. The rarer Multi-Color variant triggers when all four corners land the same color on the initial spin. Multiple colors go sticky at once during those 5-10 spins, but the ceiling drops to around 7,500x compared to the standard mode's 10,500x+. The original Cubes had a single X marker in the center and topped out around 2,400x - moving that mechanic to four corners fundamentally changed how big the numbers can get.
