About El Paso Gunfight xNudge Slot

The first decision happens before the reels even spin. A red marker sits on a HIGH-to-EXTREME volatility slider at the top of the bar mirror, and tapping it swaps the entire reel shape. 4-3-3-3-2 is the tamer stance with the Deputy Badge anchored on reel 1 and the Marshal Badge on reel 5. 2-3-3-3-4 flips them and bumps volatility. Both layouts pay 216 ways. The game's own help text openly states which stance returns more, which is an unusually candid disclosure for a slot to make on screen.

That stance choice gates how the Badges work. Deputy only triggers its raid when it lands on the 4-high reel, and it converts every low symbol on the board into one random low (A, K, Q, J or 10), turning matching low pays into something that can actually fill 216 ways. Marshal only triggers on the 2-high reel and does the same thing to the high-paying character symbols, repainting Campbell, Krimpdeg, Hale and the Bystander into a single matching set. Land both badges in the same spin and the grid opens to 4-3-3-3-4 for 432 ways, with both badges acting as Wilds on top of the conversion effects.

The Stoudenmire xNudge Wild is a 3-row stack restricted to reels 2, 3 and 4. It always nudges into full view, and every nudge step adds +1 to its multiplier. Several Stoudenmire Wilds on the same spin add their multipliers together rather than multiplying them. Three Scatters across the middle reels trigger 8 Gunfight Spins where those Scatters become Jumping Wilds that reposition each spin, and a Stoudenmire landing on the same reel as a Jumping Wild doubles its multiplier. Land a Badge during the trigger or mid-feature and the round upgrades to Deputy or Marshal Gunfight Spins (9 spins with the badge sticky). Land both and you enter Drunken Gunfight & R... Spins for 10 rounds on a forced 4-3-3-3-4 grid, all five specials jumping, with Stoudenmire Wilds locking permanently to whichever reel they doubled. That's the path to the 44,440x cap, a number coded after the .44-40 Winchester cartridge Marshal Dallas Stoudenmire actually carried.

The buy menu is unusually deep with six separate tiers. Gunfight Spins at the entry rung, Deputy and Marshal Gunfight as mid-tier entries, the Drunken Gunfight premium, a rare 4 Dead in 5 Seconds respin buy, and a Lucky Draw random pick that hands you whichever mode it rolls. The respin buy is the standout because base-game respins triggered organically need all five character symbols plus the Stoudenmire Wild and the four highs on a single spin, expanding the Wild to cover the three middle reels for the payout. Visually the reels sit inside an ornate carved bar mirror, with whisky bottles, beer mugs and a slumped body in the background, a 216 WAYS wooden plank counter pinned to the bottom-right corner, and a dust-aged xNudge plaque embossed into the upper-right wood. Tombstone: No Mercy shipped two years later with cleaner trigger math but never recovered this stance toggle.
