What marks this edition out visually is the panel on the left: a gold-bordered box with Wild Booster written in script above an amber slider, parked in your eyeline every spin whether you touch it or not. The logo does the same job, MAX in purple beside burning red lettering. Subtle it is not.

Two different games hide under one toggle and they feel nothing alike. Booster off, the pace is slow and level, low fruit hits keep the balance drifting sideways rather than falling off, and the only tension is whether one of the middle columns turns gold. Medium volatility means it rarely gets ugly. It rarely gets loud either.

Booster on, the surprise is gone by design. The crown is coming, so the question on every spin shifts to how much it managed to cover, and one wild column sitting over four rows of low fruit frequently comes back thinner than the seven-times stake that bought it. That is the shape of the mode: a lot of small returns, then a spin where a second crown turns up uninvited and pays for the last dozen. What 7x a spin buys is control, not value, and that's a lot to pay on a game with no bonus round waiting behind it.

The plain Max edition runs the same reels for the same return and simply waits for the crown. Cheaper spins, identical ceiling, identical fruit. The Booster's whole argument is that the waiting is the part you want removed, and that's probably a thin thing to charge seven times the stake for.
