About Irish Eyes Slot
The Leprechaun is the key symbol, and it does two jobs. It acts as the wild, substituting for everything except the scatter, and it tops the paytable as the biggest single payout in the game. But its second role is the more interesting one: land a Leprechaun anywhere on reel 1 and reel 5 in the same spin and the Pick and Win opens. You choose one of the triggering symbols to reveal a prize, sometimes with a Pick Again, paying up to 100x the triggering bet.
The free games run off the lady scatter. Three or more of her landing left to right award 12 spins with every prize tripled, and more scatters during the round retrigger extra spins. Pick and Win can also fire inside the free games, though its prizes use the triggering bet rather than the tripled value, so the two features stay separate even when they overlap.
Underneath all that it is a gentle 25-line game. The Pot of Gold and four-leaf clover lead the standard symbols above bright multicoloured card royals, and the lady scatter pays from any position on top of triggering the bonus. The low volatility shows: wins come often and small, with the two features doing the lifting when they land.
The setting is full-bright Irish luck, green rolling hills, a rainbow over a blue sky and a pot brimming with coins on a bed of clover, the lady scatter sitting in a Celtic-knot gold frame. It is the original that Irish Eyes 2 later stripped the Pick and Win out of, so this version actually carries one more feature than its sequel does.
