About Marlin Masters: The Big Haul Slot

Sequel to the original Marlin Masters, and Hacksaw raised the cap from 7,500x to 10,000x while adding two symbol types that change how the collection mechanic works. The base loop is the same: Marlin symbols land carrying cash values between 1x and 1,000x, and when they form a winning payline combo (called a LootLine), you get the sum of those values instead of a fixed paytable payout. Fisherman symbols collect every Marlin on the grid after regular wins resolve, and each Fisherman carries its own multiplier - anywhere from x1 up to x20 - applied to the total it collects. Two Fisherman on the same spin each collect all Marlins independently.

Three bonus tiers split by scatter count. Don't Be Koi (3 scatters, 8 spins) introduces the Big Haul Bar, a progress tracker that fills each time a Fisherman lands. Hit 4 Fisherman and you get 8 extra spins plus a minimum x2 multiplier on all future Fisherman. At 8 Fisherman, another 8 spins and a x4 floor. At 12, the minimum jumps to x10. Catch Me If You Can (4 scatters, 10 spins) runs the same system but starts Fisherman at x2 minimum and pushes the final tier to x15. Through the buy bonus, BonusHunt spins give 5x the normal trigger rate, Fin-tastic guarantees at least 3 Marlins and a Fisherman per spin, and Sea-riously Epic Drop adds a Golden Marlin to that mix.

Golden Marlins are what separate this from the first game. When one lands in a LootLine, it spreads its value to every normal Marlin on the grid before the payout calculates. A Golden Marlin worth 50x touching five regular Marlins rewrites all their values to 50x each. The Golden Fisherman takes it further - it activates after all normal Fisherman finish collecting, then scoops their totals on top of collecting every Marlin again. Bright cartoon fish in oranges, blues, and pinks crowd the reels against a turquoise ocean backdrop, the grid bordered by a wooden boat deck with bamboo rod holders on each side. The hidden third bonus, Hooked on Paradise (5 scatters), plants a Sticky Fisherman on the grid from spin one - it stays, collecting every Marlin that appears across all 10 spins.
