Orbitfall doesn't play like a normal slot. The 6-column grid starts with 5 symbol rows plus 1 blocker row at the top. Winning clusters shoot upward and damage the blockers. Destroy them all and you advance to the next level, where more blocker rows appear and the grid grows. Four levels total, each harder than the last, ending in an endless Final Level where blockers descend one row per drop until they reach the bottom.
At 94% RTP and 22.1% hit frequency, the math is standard ELK. The 7,500x max win is moderate. But the game feels nothing like its numbers suggest because the progression system gives every spin a purpose beyond just matching symbols.
Blockers sit at the top of the grid and take damage from winning clusters below. When they break, they can release Multiplier symbols (adding to a global multiplier for the round), Redrop symbols (bank a redrop for when the round would otherwise end), or Level Clear symbols that destroy every remaining blocker at once and jump you to the next level.
The global multiplier and redrops persist through level transitions. A round that builds a x5 multiplier and banks 3 redrops in Level 1 carries all of that into Level 2. By the time you reach the Final Level, you might have accumulated x10+ multiplier and several redrops waiting. That carryover is how the game builds its biggest payouts.
Lazer symbols are regular payout symbols that charge when part of a win. When consumed (end of round or free drop), they clear an entire column. It's a column-wide wipe that removes everything in its path and triggers new drops. Alien Attacks happen randomly at round end, selecting 1-6 columns and removing all payout symbols. Both mechanics serve the same goal: clearing space for fresh symbols to create new clusters.
Once you clear Level 3, the Final Level begins. The grid locks at 7 symbol rows plus 1 blocker row, but now blockers descend one row after each drop. New blockers appear at the top. The game becomes a survival loop: keep winning to destroy blockers before they push down to the symbol area. When a blocker reaches the bottom symbol row, the round ends.
Multipliers, redrops, and lazers you've banked from earlier levels all remain active. A strong Final Level run with accumulated multipliers is where the 7,500x cap lives.
