About Rockabilly Slot

Rockabilly is a cheerful throwback to the 1950s, all red flames and diner styling around a 5x3 board on 20 lines. The symbols lean hard into the era: a raven-haired pin-up girl, a red Cadillac convertible, a quiffed skull on a jukebox, a hollow-body guitar, a chrome microphone and cat-eye sunglasses. There are no card royals here, just themed icons, which keeps the reels looking the part. It's a Playtech title on the older MediaGamble engine, and it's a simple one.

The neat trick is the Rock A Billy spade logo, which does three jobs on its own. It's the wild, substituting for everything; it's the scatter that triggers the feature; and it's the bonus symbol too. Keeping one symbol this busy means there's really just the one feature to learn.

Three or more logos award 10 free games, and this is where it gets a little more interesting than most MediaGamble slots. Rather than a flat multiplier, the free games use an expanding Mystery Scatter: a symbol spreads across the grid and pays out over the whole layout, so a good spread can cover the reels. The round can retrigger, and there's a classic double-or-nothing card gamble on any win if you want to press your luck.

The pin-up girl is the top payer at 5,000x your line bet for five, though that's line bet across 20 lines, so it works out to 250x your total stake rather than the headline number. What stands out here is the return: at 96.50% the RTP is genuinely good, well above most of the dated Playtech filler on this engine, and the low-to-medium volatility keeps it ticking over. There's no jackpot and not much depth, but as a low-key retro rock-and-roll demo it's better value than it looks.
