About Whodunit? Slot

Genii's Whodunit? plants its 5x3 reels inside a carved dark-mahogany picture frame, hung in a Victorian manor library. Tall bookcases of leather-bound classics flank the grid, a deep-buttoned red wingback chair sits in the corner, and a gilt chandelier glints overhead. The reel cells use a pastel grid (green, yellow, pink, blue, charcoal, beige) that quietly nods to Cluedo's coloured rooms. Even the logo plays along, swapping the "i" and "t" for chess pawns. It's a murder-mystery parody that commits to its bit.

Twelve line-pay symbols fill out a rich paytable. Up top: four suspects, including a Lady in Red with fan and martini (1,500 coins for five), a chef in whites with tall toque, and Saucify-renamed faces like Miss Linen and Reverend Pasture. Mid-tier holds four murder weapons - a golden art-deco pistol, a dramatically lit rolling pin, a poisoned wine glass with skull-bottle, and a silver crucifix on a chain. Low tier is A/K/Q/J in flat colour-blocked sans-serif. A Wild substitutes for everything except the two scatters, though it won't pay on its own line, which is a small annoyance for a high-volatility build.

Two scatters do separate jobs. The blue magnifying-glass scatter awards 8, 12, or 15 free spins for 3, 4, or 5 hits, and every win during the round is doubled. It's retriggerable, bet stays locked. The purple Cluedo-board scatter fires the Whodunit Feature, a pick-game where you explore rooms on a manor floor-plan, each one hiding a random cash prize multiplied by your bet. You get multiple picks per visit, not just one, which is generous. And the feature can't trigger during free spins, so the two bonuses stay in separate lanes.

40 paylines (player-selectable from 1 to 40), bets run $0.01 to $50, default $4, and the top line-pay caps at 17,340 coins. RTP sits at 95.4% with high volatility per slotsmate. No buy-bonus, no gamble ladder, no feature retrigger, and Genii hasn't published an exact pick-count for the room game, so you're going in slightly blind. Still, it's a charming throwback with more thematic conviction than most Saucify legacy builds bothered with.
