About Battle Loot: Hold and Win Slot

Red-bearded dwarf with an eyepatch, a pickaxe slung over one shoulder and a glowing blue crystal in the other hand - that's the face Mascot Gaming puts on this one. The cave backdrop runs deep blue and teal, symbols are stone tablets carved with A/K/Q/J, and the premium row is all dwarven and viking portraits with thick braids and battered armor. A wooden-and-stone border surrounds the reels, with coins literally spilling over the top edge like the grid is buried in a hoard.

Two bonuses do the heavy lifting, and they trigger from different things. Scatters (coin bags) pay nothing on their own and only exist to open free spins: 3 lands 10, 4 lands 12, 5 lands 15. The Hold and Win round is the bigger draw. Coin symbols landing in the base game lock in place and kick off 3 respins, each fresh coin resets the counter back to 3, and the session ends either when three spins pass without a new coin or when all 15 positions fill. Coins carry credit values plus one of four fixed jackpots - MINI at 125x, MINOR at 250x, MAJOR at 625x, and GRAND at 2500x the bet. The GRAND is also the ceiling, so filling the grid with the top tier is literally the best outcome the math allows.

There's no traditional wild. The Hold and Win coins replace that slot entirely, so base-game wins come purely from 20 left-to-right payline matches on the warrior portraits - the red-beard hero pays 325x for five, the white-bearded dwarf 175x, and the low royals all share one thin paytable at 10x for a five-of-kind.

If you'd rather skip the waiting, the buy feature offers two buttons with different targets: 60x for 12 free spins, or 90x to drop straight into a 3-respin Hold and Win session. The 90x option is the unusual one - most buy menus only sell the FS round, and here you're paying the premium to go direct to the jackpot mechanic. Risk Gamble sits on top of any winning spin for a standard double-or-nothing flip.

Mascot built this around the Hold and Win, not around free spins, and it shows - the FS round is generic scatter-triggered territory while the coin collection is where the jackpot ladder actually lives.
