About Book of Tutankhamun Slot

This one wears its inspiration on its sleeve. The reels sit inside a sandstone stele covered in carved hieroglyphs, the cabinet floats over a hazy desert horizon with two pyramids visible through pale clouds, and the whole thing reads as an Indiana Jones pastiche - right down to the blonde adventurer in a leather fedora and explorer jacket who shows up as the second-highest paying symbol. Below her on the paytable: a winged scarab in gold and turquoise, a jewelled ankh, and Tutankhamun's gold death mask at the top. Royals A/K/Q/J are painted directly onto cracked stone tiles in red, blue, green, gold and magenta hieroglyphic-style fonts.

The mechanic is a classic Book-of-Ra formula. The Book of Tutankhamun symbol is both Wild and Scatter in one - it substitutes for any paying symbol AND triggers the bonus when 3 or more land anywhere on the reels. The trigger always pays the same: 10 free spins, whether you hit 3, 4, or 5 books. Before the spins start, an animation flips through the symbol pool and locks one as the Special Expanding Symbol for that round.

That's where the math lives. During free spins, every appearance of the chosen symbol expands to fill its entire reel, and it pays as a payline scatter - any position on an active line counts, not just left-to-right adjacency. Land it on three or more reels and the wins stack across all 10 lines. The catch: free spins cannot retrigger, so you get exactly 10 attempts to make the chosen symbol show up on enough reels to matter. The 5,800-coin ceiling (about 145x at the default 4-coin bet) reflects this - the cap comes from one high-pay symbol fully expanded across the grid, nothing more exotic.

Two structural quirks worth knowing. First, the top four paying symbols pay from just 2-of-a-kind, which is unusually generous and keeps the base game from feeling dead between bonus triggers. Second, every base-game win can be sent to the card gamble: pick the colour for double, or pick the suit for quadruple, with the option to keep doubling until you hit a built-in ceiling. No buy bonus, no jackpot, no ante bet - this is the pure 2008-era formula updated with modern art and not much else.
