Every classic icon has been recut as a faceted gemstone, sevens and cherries and lemons glittering against deep red. The sevens are ruby set in gold. The Heart is a brilliant-cut stone framed in burning gold, easily the best-drawn thing here.

It is rich, it is loud, and it never pretends otherwise. The gemstone treatment carries the presentation, though the control bar bolted along the bottom (credit meter, fixed-lines box, a green START button) comes from an older design era and undercuts the shine every time you look down at it.

It moves fast. Spin, resolve, spin, with nothing interrupting the loop, which makes an hour here pass very differently from an hour on a game that stops every fifty spins to hand you something. The rhythm splits in two. Long flat stretches where cherries and plums return a fraction of the stake, then a Heart drops on reel three and forty lines light at once.

What is missing is the sense of building toward anything. No count creeps upward, no meter fills, and the jackpot totals ticking along the bottom belong to the network rather than to your session. The tension sits entirely in the next spin and never in the last ten, which is unusual for a high-volatility game and takes some getting used to.

The Booster flips that. Every spin becomes an event and the losses arrive faster to match. It is probably more fun for ten minutes than the base game, and worse across an hour.

Fazi built one good mechanic and stopped there. The Heart is strong, the artwork is worth looking at, and the red 7 paying from a pair keeps the base game from going quiet for too long. The 5,000x ceiling is small for a game this volatile, though, and reaching it takes a stack of expanding reels landing together.

The Booster is the reason to choose this version over the plain Brilliant Heart, and it is priced like Fazi knows it. Seven times the stake per spin is steep enough that most players will flick it on, watch the balance drain, and flick it back off. Short bright sessions suit it. Long ones expose how little else is here.
