About Cash Strike Hotstepper Slot

The Hotstepper twist is the only reason this Blueprint cabinet earns its name. When the Cash Collect symbol lands on reel 2, it sticks in memory and nudges down one row on every following spin, persistent until it finally exits the bottom of the centre reel. So a Collect that hits the top row on spin one is still in play three spins later, gradually marching toward whatever Cash values reels 1 and 3 drop on it. Anticipation builds across spins, not within them.

The collector layout is asymmetric. Cash values and the four fixed jackpot coins (Mini 25x, Minor 50x, Major 150x, Grand 1,000x at base stake) land only on the outer reels, while reel 2 is the only home for the Collect Hotstepper and the Cash Strike scatter. When a Collect resolves alongside Cash on reels 1 and 3, it sweeps both sides at once, jackpot coins included. There's also a Value Collect tier that pays a flat boosted amount when it pairs with the Hotstepper, sitting between regular Cash and the jackpot pots.

Land Cash plus a Cash Strike scatter on the same spin and the screen flips into a hold and spin round with three respins, refreshing every time a new Cash or jackpot coin locks. Fill out positions until spins run out or the grid caps, then the totals (including any Grand) are paid. Gold Strike runs as a persistent Pot of Gold meter in the base game and can force the bonus trigger when it fills, which matters because organic Cash + Scatter alignments aren't frequent at this volatility.

Power Play is the optional ante toggle on the left. Switching it on raises the cost per spin and strips the reels down to specials only, no fruit, just Cash symbols, Collects, scatters and coin tiers, so every spin is meaningful. Visually it's pure pub-cabinet energy: cherries, lemons, plums and golden bells against a black reel set, all surrounded by sun flares and ember sparks on a deep red backdrop, with the four jackpot meters glowing above the grid.

If you want the same Hotstepper engine on a tighter board, the 2025 sequel rebuilt it as a 3x3, but the original is where the asymmetric centre-reel idea actually started.
