About Chicken Gems Slot

The reels sit inside a wooden barn, with five hens perched in nests along the roof and their names burned into the rafter above each column: Lisa, Chicca, Rosina, Nella, Nina. Rosina is the yellow one in the purple bonnet, dead centre, and she's the only one who matters mechanically. A blue-tailed rooster struts to the left of the cabinet against a pastoral backdrop of green hills, a red barn, a water tower, and a pink sunset, with a cow and sheep grazing off to the right. Symbols are jewel-cut eggs in red, pink, purple, blue and green for the low pays, plus 7s, BARs, and a golden star egg up top.

There are no free spins here. Both bonuses fire inside the base game and they work very differently from each other.

The first is the Walking Wild Egg. The wild itself only lands on reels 1 and 2, and it does nothing special unless it actually contributes to a paying line. When it does, it expands to fill its reel and then walks one column to the right while the other reels respin around it. Each respin that produces another win keeps the wild moving. The sequence ends the moment a respin pays nothing, or when the wild reaches reel 5 and runs out of road. That trigger condition is the catch worth knowing about - a wild landing in a dead spot just sits there, no walk, no respin.

The second is Rosina's King Egg, a pick-style chain that triggers from a single crowned egg landing on reel 3. The egg cracks open to reveal a multiplier, then more eggs may pop in to add their own multipliers, and the round continues until a reveal produces nothing new. The total multiplier is applied to your bet and added on top of any payline wins from the triggering spin. This is also where the ceiling lives: 171x bet is the cap on a King Egg round, which is also the game's overall top win. It's a modest number by 2024 standards and tells you most of what you need to know about the variance shape.

No buy bonus, no ante, no jackpot - Light & Wonder kept this one tight. It's a 10-line classic chassis with two cleanly designed in-base features and a cartoon farmyard wrapper that wouldn't look out of place in a kids' animated film.
