A zombie shop assistant sells packaged organs out of a rusted supermarket cart, and five rats above the reels decide what each one turns into. Matching symbols squash into stacked tiles, and the multipliers they leave behind lock to their cell for the rest of the round. That is where the 10,000x lives, because the top symbol pays only 2.5x.

Corpse Cart Slot Overview
A green-skinned shop assistant sells packaged organs out of a rusted supermarket cart, and the reels are his display case. It's horror played for laughs, not scares. The mechanic underneath is stacking: matching symbols that land in a vertical run on a reel crush together into one tile with a count beside it, which frees space for more to drop in behind them.
Read the symbol values first and you'd guess this was a small, careful game. Five hearts across all five reels, the best combination on offer, returns 2.5x. AvatarUX has hollowed out the paytable on purpose and moved the money somewhere else, into the multipliers that attach to those stacks and then lock to their cell for the rest of the round.
Base play is five reels of four rows and 1024 ways. Free spins add a row and take that to 3125. Super high volatility, a 10,000x cap, and 96.068% on the best of the three tiers operators can pick from, which is worth checking at the casino because the bottom one is 90.528%.
Theme & Design
Everything is drawn in thick black outline over sickly greens and hospital pinks, closer to an underground comic than to a horror film. The assistant leans in from the left in a stained cap and apron, eyes bulging, holding out a blood-soaked paper bag he clearly expects someone to take. Behind him a meat counter blurs out under fluorescent light. The reel frame is the cart itself, rusted metal with cables trailing off the bottom of it.
The symbols carry the joke further than they need to. A heart, a sliced brain, lungs and a severed hand all sit shrink-wrapped on coloured trays with barcodes and price stickers. Below them, a Braingoo! slushie with a straw in it, a carton of finger fries, and a bag of LIVEROS liver crisps whose zombie mascot is giving a cheerful thumbs up (the kind of joke that costs a studio nothing and buys a lot of goodwill). Then the card royals arrive, stencilled onto grubby tile, and the invention stops dead. Five rats perched along the cart's back rail run the symbol transformation, and they're the best thing on screen.

Features & How They Work
Infinity Stacks
Three or more matching paying symbols landing in a vertical run on the same reel squash into a single stacked tile, with the stack size printed alongside it. Wilds are cheaper, needing only two vertically to begin. There's no ceiling on how many symbols one stack can hold, and when it takes part in a win it counts at full size rather than as one symbol. Squashing also empties cells, so the reel refills and the ways count keeps shifting while the round is still resolving.
Symbol Selectors
A rat sits above each reel holding up a symbol. When the reels stop, all five reveal what they're holding, and if that symbol has landed anywhere on the reel below, every symbol on that reel transforms to match it. This runs on every spin rather than occasionally, and it exists to manufacture the vertical runs that Infinity Stacks then crushes. A single draw can convert an entire reel into five identical trays.
Cascades and Stack Multipliers
Winning symbols are removed, new ones drop into the gaps, and the reels keep cascading for as long as fresh wins keep landing. Ordinary enough. The multipliers are not: once a stack has contributed to a win, its multiplier locks to that cell for the rest of the round and boosts every later win that passes through it. Values of x3 through x6 pinned to the board mid-cascade are where a round's score actually comes from.
Free Spins and Synced Reels
Three, four or five bonus symbols award 7, 10 or 12 free spins, and each additional bonus symbol during the round adds one more. The grid grows to five rows for the duration, lifting the ways count from 1024 to 3125. Free spins also bring in Synced Reels, where two to four reels lock to matching content for a single spin, with the number changing from spin to spin. It's a random modifier, so a short round can easily pass without one showing up at all.
Buy Bonus and Ante Bet
Three purchases, each badged to match the trigger it simulates: BONUS at 75x for 7 spins, BONUS PLUS at 150x for 10, BONUS PREMIUM at 300x for 12. The ante toggle is separate, charging 1.5x per spin for double the chance of triggering naturally. The unusual part is the direction the RTP moves. Base play returns 96.068%, ante 96.253%, and the three bonus buys climb through 96.392%, 96.501% and 96.732%. Most studios charge for the shortcut. Here the expensive door is the better-value one, which also means any spec table quoting 96.73% for this game has copied the Premium figure by mistake.

How Corpse Cart Plays
The base game asks for patience it doesn't always repay. Wins land often enough, a few card royals here, a tray of lungs there, but they move a balance so little that the arithmetic barely registers. Super high volatility here isn't about big base hits. It's about how far one free-spins round can run.
What keeps the spins from going stale is the rats. Every spin ends with five reveals, and there's a real beat of anticipation in the half-second before you see whether one of them is holding something already sitting under it. Small thing. It just happens every single spin, which is more than most bonus teases manage.
Free spins change the texture completely. A round compounds instead of resetting, so the tension stops being about the current spin and starts being about how much is already pinned to the board by the halfway point. That's where the game actually lives, and probably why AvatarUX built three separate ways to skip straight to it. Sessions that never get there can feel like queuing.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Symbol Selectors and Infinity Stacks are designed as a pair and visibly feed each other
- Free spins take the grid from 1024 to 3125 ways, a change you can feel rather than a cosmetic one
- All three buy tiers and the ante return a higher RTP than base play
- The product-design jokes (Braingoo!, LIVEROS) are funny and beautifully drawn
Cons
- The paytable is close to irrelevant on its own - five of the best symbol pays 2.5x
- Long flat stretches whenever the bonus stays away
- Grimy card royals sit awkwardly beside symbol art this good
- Hit frequency isn't published anywhere
Is Corpse Cart Worth Playing?
AvatarUX has built one clean idea here and then trusted it. Selectors manufacture the vertical runs, stacking crushes them, cascades clear the space, and the multipliers left behind do the scoring. Four mechanics feeding a single loop, with nothing bolted on the side for the sake of a bullet point.
The cost is a 10,000x ceiling parked behind a bonus most players will end up buying rather than waiting for, plus an unremarkable stretch of spins in between. The upward RTP ladder at least means those buys aren't a penalty, which is rarer than it should be. Corpse Cart is a tightly argued slot with a strong central idea, and the studio plainly knows where its value sits. Three separate ways to jump straight to it is not an accident.
