Dark Summoning runs on a 5x6 grid with 24 paylines and a mechanic Hacksaw calls Super Cascade. It works differently from standard tumble - when a winning combination hits, every symbol of that type gets removed from the entire grid, not just the ones involved in the win. That clears out way more positions per cascade step, and new symbols drop in to fill the gaps. Chain wins build fast because of it.
The base game also throws in Wild Multipliers ranging from 2x to 100x. When multiple multiplier wilds land in the same winning line, their values get added together before applying to the payout. A 25x and a 50x on the same win means 75x total. The Order scatter, when it lands, replaces itself and up to 9 other symbols with wilds (some carrying multipliers). That single symbol turning 10 positions wild mid-cascade creates some chaotic swings.
Collecting 3 Unholy scatters in the base game triggers Trial by Hellfire - 10 free spins. All winning positions get marked with Hellfire. When an Unholy symbol lands during the bonus, it activates Fires of Hell, replacing itself and every Hellfire-marked position with wild symbols. Some of those wilds carry multipliers up to 100x. The Hellfire markers then clear, and the cycle starts fresh.
The mechanic rewards patience across multiple spins. Early free spins build up Hellfire coverage, and a well-timed Unholy drop converts all that buildup into a grid flooded with wilds. The longer the Hellfire positions accumulate before triggering, the bigger the potential payoff. Buying this feature directly costs 130x bet.
The second bonus needs the same 3 Unholy scatters, but with an Order symbol also present when the third lands. Rise to Salvation flips the entire cascade direction - symbols now move upward instead of down. Lost Soul symbols persist on the grid and float up with each cascade. When a Lost Soul reaches the top row, it ascends and triggers its effect.
Two types of Lost Souls exist. Global Multiplier souls add their value (2x up to 100x) to a persistent multiplier displayed above the grid. Cash Prize souls award instant prizes ranging from 10x to 666x bet, multiplied by whatever the global multiplier has reached. Stack a few multiplier souls early, then hit a 666x cash prize at a 20x global multiplier - that's where the 10,666x ceiling lives.
There's a built-in safety net: three non-winning spins in a row and the game automatically removes 3-5 random symbols on that third spin, forcing new drops. At 250x bet for the direct buy, it's Hacksaw's priciest option here, and the price reflects the potential.
Three buy options. BonusHunt FeatureSpins at 3x bet makes each spin 5x more likely to trigger either bonus - solid for grinding without committing to a specific feature. Trial by Hellfire at 130x and Rise to Salvation at 250x give direct access.
The paytable itself sits low. Five low-pay symbols all return 1x bet for a 5-of-a-kind. High pays range from 2.5x to 10x for 5oak, with the Wild at 30x. That flat base paytable puts almost all the game's win potential in the bonus mechanics and wild multipliers. Base game spins without cascades or Order triggers tend to return very little. The 10,666x max win number - clearly a deliberate nod to the theme - sits entirely within the bonus features.
