Eye of the Panda uses a 5x5 grid with 27 paylines and a cascade mechanic that works differently from the standard. After a win, every instance of the winning symbol type is removed from the grid - not just the symbols in the winning combination. If you hit a payline with the blue ice cream symbol, all blue ice cream symbols on the entire grid disappear and new symbols drop in. This Super Cascade creates longer chain reactions than typical tumble mechanics because clearing a type opens up more space for remaining symbols to form new connections.
Wild Panda symbols carry multipliers of x2, x3, x4, x5, or x10. They substitute for all paying symbols and multiply any win they're part of. Here's the important detail: multiple Pandas on the same payline multiply each other. A x2 Panda and a x5 Panda on the same winning line gives x10, not x7. Two x10 Pandas together hit x100 applied to the payline value.
Pandas persist on the grid during a cascade sequence. They only get removed on the next cascade after they've been part of a win. So a Panda sitting on reel 3 might survive several cascades, participating in multiple wins before it finally gets cleared. That persistence creates compound value across a cascade chain.
Three scatters trigger the Panda Collector bonus: 10 free spins. When a Panda lands but isn't part of any win, it gets saved into one of five Collector slots beside the grid. When a win does occur, all saved Pandas jump from the Collector onto random positions within the winning lines and apply their multipliers. You're banking unused Pandas and deploying them at the right moment.
On the final spin, all remaining saved Pandas jump to random positions anywhere on the grid. If they happen to create wins from those random spots, those wins get multiplied and cascaded normally. It's a mechanic that rewards bonus rounds where Pandas land early without immediate wins - each saved Panda is stored value waiting to deploy.
Four scatters activate Jumping Pandas: 10 free spins using Hacksaw's Hoppers mechanic. The first five Wild Pandas that land become sticky for the entire bonus. Sticky Pandas jump to new random positions each spin and receive new multiplier values with each jump. A Panda that was x2 on one spin might become x10 on the next.
The multiplier refresh on each jump keeps the bonus dynamic - you're not locked into whatever values the Pandas started with. Five sticky Pandas bouncing around a 27-payline grid for 10+ spins creates plenty of opportunities for multi-Panda paylines where multipliers stack multiplicatively.
A grumpy panda chef runs a street food stall in a neon-lit urban setting. Low symbols are junk food items - ice cream, bubble tea, doughnuts, fries, burgers. Highs are character portraits. The Panda himself appears on the wild symbols with his multiplier value and a perpetually annoyed expression. 27 paylines is unusually dense for a 5x5 grid, and the Super Cascade mechanic means wins chain more frequently than on a standard tumble slot. The two bonus modes offer distinct flavours - Collector is about banking value and timing deployment, while Jumping Pandas is chaotic randomness with sticky multipliers bouncing everywhere.
