Let's be real about Amigo Gaming for a second: when they build a game engine they like, they will drive it until the wheels literally fall off.
Back in the summer of 2025, they pumped out their "3" series (3 Fortune Souls, 3 Tombs, 3 Spirit Volcanoes), which were basically the exact same game with slightly different max wins. Fast forward a year, and they've pulled 3 Spirit Volcanoes back into the garage, slapped a new coat of paint on it, and glued 3D cubes over the symbols. Boom: 3 Spirit Volcanoes Dice. It's a 100% lazy reskin, purely made so they can pad out their "Dice" category.

Don't Let the Name Fool You
There are no actual dice mechanics here. You aren't rolling anything, and nothing adds up. It's a standard 5x3, 25-payline slot where the usual symbols (sevens, lightning bolts, etc.) are just drawn onto six-sided blocks. It's wearing a casino table costume, but it plays exactly like a regular slot.
Stat-wise, it's highly volatile with an RTP of 96.04% (a hair above the original's 96.00%). The max win, however, is a really underwhelming 1,100x your bet.

The Base Game is a Grind
The base game gets boring fast. Most of the board is clogged with low-paying white dice. You do get a golden expanding wild on reels 2 through 5, but it doesn't stick and has no multiplier. Twice in one sitting I watched a wild fill a whole reel and connect with nothing, which pays you exactly zero.
You'll also see tiki masks fly up into three colored volcanoes above the reels. Don't fall for it. It's completely cosmetic. The meters don't actually tell you how close you are to a bonus; the game just randomly decides to trigger one when a mask flies up. Otherwise, you have to land three purple scatter dice, which is tough.

The Bonus Buy is a Trap
If you get impatient, you can buy the bonus for 98x your bet, but I wouldn't recommend it. First, buying it actually drops your RTP down to 95.68%. Second, you don't even get to pick your bonus.
You pay 98x, click a die, and the game randomly assigns you one of three rooms. You're basically paying a premium to buy a lottery ticket that just wins you another lottery ticket.

Here is what you are randomly subjected to:
- The Green Room (Free Spins): You get 24 free spins on the exact same board with no multipliers and no special features. A dead spin here is just as useless as the base game. You can easily sit through 48 spins (if it retriggers) and rely entirely on one lucky wild just to break even on your 98x buy-in.
- The Purple Room (Hold & Win): This is your standard 3-spin reset game. You're looking for gold dice (50x, 100x, or 300x), and across two rounds not one of them showed up; what locked in was ordinary stuff between 1x and 15x. Both of those rounds died the same way, three blank spins in a row, and both paid exactly 66x, which is a loss against the 98x you paid to get in.
- The Red Room (Pick'Em): This one is actually infuriating. You pick from 20 rocks to reveal cash prizes or colored masks that correspond to jackpots (up to 1,000x). Here is the catch: the round instantly ends the second you find three of any color mask. So, you could be one pick away from the 1,000x jackpot, and finding a cheap green mask will instantly shut the game down and wipe out your progress on the big prizes. The cheapest prize is literally a trap door.

Hard pass. If you want a bigger max win from this same studio, go play 3 Tombs (6,400x) or 3 Fat Kings (4,000x). If you really want a dice-themed hold-and-win, Endorphina's Fortune Chests Dice is a better option.
The only nice thing I can say about 3 Spirit Volcanoes Dice is that the paytable is honest, you can clearly see the fixed prizes instead of relying on imaginary multiplier combos. But paying nearly 100x your bet just for a random chance to play a bonus where the mechanics actively work against you? Save your money.
