Evoplay is dropping Bandit Bonanza on November 3, 2026, bringing us a fun, cartoonish Wild West slot starring a cast of animal outlaws. Right off the bat, I have to mention one thing: if you play a lot of Evoplay slots, you're going to get major déjà vu.

Rather than building a new game from scratch, the studio has kept the exact numbers of their earlier release, Piggy Bank: 3 Pots Bonanza (the same 96.02% RTP, 6,414x max win, grid and 20 lines), and Tiger of Fortune shares those figures and the same three-booster design. Underneath the new theme, there's very little that's new. That's a bit disappointing if you were hoping for innovation, but to be fair, it was a solid engine to begin with.

The three bandits over the reels are the three boosters, and the ones that light up are the colours of the coins that started the bonus.

How the Bonus Works (and the Snag)

I actually really like how you get into the bonus round here. Whenever a green, red, or purple coin lands in the base game, there's a chance it will trigger the Hold-and-Win feature. Even better, whatever coins happen to be on the screen when it triggers are carried over into the bonus, giving you a nice head start.

This is what the Red modifier buys you: the starting coins copied onto a second grid, and each grid running down its own respin counter.

The color of the coin that triggers the bonus dictates your special modifier:

  • Green (Extra Spin): Gives you 4 respins instead of the standard 3.
  • Purple (Extra Wealth): Randomly boosts the value of up to four locked coins by up to 10x your bet.
  • Red (Extra Reels): This is the big one. It stacks a second, identical grid on top of your first one, and they spin independently.

Three coins on one board and no bonus. The trigger is a roll, not a count, so a crowded board guarantees nothing.

Here is the downside you need to know about: filling a grid gets you the 3,000x Grand Jackpot. However, the game's maximum win is 6,414x your bet. Going by the math, the max win really calls for the Red modifier. Two full grids, two Grands, are the way there.

Bonus Buys

If you like buying bonuses, Bandit Bonanza is actually incredibly reasonably priced compared to the 121x to 160x some rivals charge for a fully loaded bonus.

  • 35x your bet: 1 random modifier.
  • 44x your bet: 2 random modifiers.
  • 66x your bet: All 3 modifiers guaranteed.

Paying 66x to lock in the double-board Red modifier (plus the extra spin and the value boosts) feels like a great deal and is easily the best way to play the feature if your bankroll allows it.

With a standard 96.02% RTP, Bandit Bonanza is a perfectly fine game. If you know Piggy Bank: 3 Pots Bonanza, you already know the numbers here, since the RTP, the max win, the grid and the 20 lines are all the same.

If you want a similar three-modifier mechanic but with a higher win cap, Evoplay's 3 Flaming Clovers might be more your speed (though the bonus buys are way more expensive). If you just love the cartoon Western theme, AvatarUX's Triple Gobble Wobble, due on November 6, looks like a fun alternative, though it has a slightly lower RTP.

In the end, Bandit Bonanza loses points for adding so little to a design Evoplay has already used, but the cheap bonus buys, the random trigger mechanic, and the fun modifiers still make it an entertaining slot.

All three buys land you in the same bonus. The price only decides how many boosters come along, and only the top one lets you skip the draw.
