About Gemstone Keys: The Arcane Unlocked Slot
Three ornate pots perch above the reels on a golden shelf spilling coins - blue on the left, red in the center, green on the right - and filling them is the entire point. Colored gem symbols land during base spins and feed into their matching pot. Red gems charge the Boost pot, which enhances win values during the bonus. Green fills the Collect pot, which gathers cash prizes from the grid. Blue feeds the Jackpot pot, tied to a five-tier system running from Mini at 4x up to Grand at 2,500x. When multiple pots fill at the same time, their abilities stack - a full Blue and Red pot together means a boosted jackpot payout rather than a standard one.
Landing enough gems triggers Hold & Spin, and the grid stretches from its standard 243-way layout up to 5x6 with 30 positions. Gems that land lock in place and reset the respin counter, same Hold & Spin logic you've seen elsewhere, but the expanding grid gives it room to breathe. More positions means more chances for gem collection to hit the pot thresholds that actually matter. The five jackpot tiers are fixed multipliers (not progressive), so Grand always pays 2,500x regardless of bet level - at a dollar bet, that's the $2,500 shown in the gold frame on the left side of the screen. Maxi sits at 500x, Major at 50x, Minor at 10x, Mini at 4x.
Everything is wrapped in deep purple velvet and gold trim, like playing inside a wizard's jewelry box. The high-paying symbols are a turreted castle against a pink-orange sky, an ornate key with a blue gemstone head, a genie lamp trailing blue light, a gem ring, and a bubbling potion bowl. Card values from 9 through Ace are rendered in chunky gold lettering with amethyst-colored inlays. Behind the curtains, you can make out wooden chests and scattered treasure in the wizard's study. RTG built the pot collection as a persistent meta-layer over a fairly standard Hold & Spin chassis, and those combined pot bonuses are where the 2,500x ceiling actually becomes reachable - a single pot triggering alone rarely produces anything close.
