Here, Reel Multipliers on the four outer reels accumulate instead of replacing. A reel at 20x that gets a 15x duel becomes 35x. No downgrades. The catch is reel 3 - locked until VS has landed at least once on each outer reel. Once unlocked, it becomes the Beast Reel with a 2x to 20x value that multiplies other reels' duel results before they get added. A Beast Reel at 10x turns a 30x duel into 300x added to that reel. Long stretches where VS avoids one outer reel keep the Beast dormant. Both bonuses end after 3 consecutive spins without a VS landing, so every spin without that shield symbol ticks the clock.

The paytable is thin for a 10-payline game. Premium symbols and the Wild both top out at 30x for five-of-a-kind. Six non-paying DEAD symbols fill the bonus reel sets, replacing regular symbols to make payline wins scarcer. Everything funnels into those multiplier duels. Without VS triggers, the grid just spins low.
