About Golden Fish Tank Party Slot
The 6x4 grid floats unframed in the middle of an underwater cavern - swaying purple kelp, blue branching coral, anchor silhouettes in the gloom, sunlight spearing down through the bubbles. The cartoon fish are doing the most: a yellow fish with a bouffant hairdo, a red one snarling with bared teeth, a pufferfish mascot perched at the right end of the Multiplier Collection bar that runs across the top of the reels. Pink octopus is the Scatter. This is Yggdrasil's follow-up to the original Golden Fish Tank, and the Party rebrand isn't just a coat of paint - the whole engine has been swapped.
The signature trick is Cash & Collect, but with a twist on where Collectors can land. Cash symbols carry one of 13 fixed values from 0.5x up to 20x your bet and can drop on any reel. Collectors only appear on reels 1 and 6 - the two end columns. A single Collector pays out every Cash value on the screen. If both reel 1 and reel 6 land Collectors on the same spin, every Cash value is doubled before payout. That's the high-end base-game outcome.
What happens when Cash symbols land without a Collector is the second mechanic. Each unpaid Cash adds one tick to the pufferfish meter at the top. Twenty ticks fill the bar, push the multiplier from x1 to x2, and reset. There's no cap, so persistent grinding can stack the multiplier into double digits if you avoid Collectors for a long stretch. The catch: it locks to your bet size, and it spends itself the moment a Collector or Free Spins finally fires.
Three or more Scatters launch Free Spins, and the game randomly picks one of two modes. Cash FS strips the reels down to Cash and Collector symbols only, awarding 4, 6, 8, or 12 spins for 3 to 6 triggering Scatters, with your stored multiplier applied to every Cash payout for the entire round. No retriggers. Wild FS instead drops Wilds onto reels 2-6 across 10, 15, 20, or 30 spins, and each Wild carries the multiplier as a way-count booster - it counts as that many stacked symbols for the 4,096-ways math, not as a win multiplier on the line. Wild FS retriggers freely. The 72x Buy Bonus is unusual in that the price is the same either way and the player picks which mode to enter, and the Golden Bet ante at 1.5x is the cheaper route if you'd rather hunt the natural trigger with better odds. Ante bet mechanics tend to muddy the math, but here it's a clean toggle. Topline cap sits at 6,000x, and the HIGH_1 fish (the yellow-haired one) quietly pays from just 2-of-a-kind, which the paytable doesn't show off - worth knowing if you're reading a small base-game screen and wondering why it ticked.
