About Grimms' Bounty: Hansel & Gretel Slot

Two collection meters sit on either side of the reels, and they run on completely different logic. The left meter tracks respins. Every time low-paying symbols (A, K, Q, J, 10) participate in a win, they get collected there - five in the base game earns +1 respin charge. When a spin lands with no winning combination but there's a respin stored up, the game burns one charge and drops the symbols again. The right meter tracks multipliers. High-paying symbols (the Witch, Hansel, Gretel, a cupcake, a loaf of bread) go into this side after wins, and every five collected bumps the multiplier by x1. All payouts on that spin get multiplied by whatever the right meter reads. Both meters reset to zero at the start of each new base game spin, so the entire collection-and-payoff cycle has to build and resolve within a single spin's cascade chain.

Free spins turn both systems persistent. Three scatters award 8 spins, and from that point forward, neither meter resets between spins. The thresholds also drop from 5 symbols to 4, and the multiplier increment doubles - every 4 high-pay symbols collected adds x2 instead of x1, starting from a floor of x2 rather than x1. So by spin 4 or 5, the right meter might read x8 or x10, and every win from that point forward gets multiplied by that accumulating value. The respin meter stacks the same way: a long cascade chain in one free spin can bank 3 or 4 respins that carry into the next. +1 Spin symbols can also appear on the reels during the bonus, extending the round one spin at a time. Buying directly into free spins is an option too - the price shows in the Feature Buy panel.

Dark green fog seeps through a forest backdrop that looks like a Grimm illustration filtered through PG Soft's 3D engine. The Witch Muriel - green-skinned, wild-haired, hunched over a bubbling cauldron - dominates the premium end of the paytable alongside Hansel and Gretel themselves, both drawn as red-haired teenagers in fairy-tale traveling clothes. The Scatter is the cauldron, glowing green and gold. Candy-themed symbols (the cupcake, the bread) round out the high pays, while card royals sit inside ornate golden frames with faint purple and teal tinting on the lower rows.

The 125-way structure across three reels and five rows means symbol positions overlap heavily, which feeds the collection meters faster than you'd expect from a compact grid. One strong cascade chain can dump 8-10 symbols into the left meter and 6-8 into the right within a single base game spin, though both reset the moment the next spin starts. In free spins, where nothing resets, that same chain just keeps compounding.
