About Hillbillies Slot
The whole mechanic here centres on three cartoon hillbilly characters, and they only appear where RTG wants them to. Old Man lands on reel 1, the Girl on reel 3, the Young Boy on reel 5. Each one is wild and scatter at the same time, so they substitute into line wins AND count toward the bonus trigger from their fixed positions. What makes them worth watching is the multiplier carried on each symbol. The Old Man and Girl both apply x2, while the Boy on reel 5 applies x5.
Those multipliers do something unusual. They multiply each other. If the Old Man and the Boy both help complete a line, the win is multiplied by x10 (x2 times x5), not x7. Catch all three on the same payline and you're looking at x20 on the base payout. That compounding is the reason the theoretical ceiling climbs to 50,000x, because on paper the top symbol only pays 5,000 coins at five of a kind before any multipliers touch it.
Free Games fire when two or more hillbilly characters land anywhere on the screen in the same spin, and you get 8 spins with every win doubled on top of whatever the wild multipliers do. There's no retrigger. The flat Hillbilly Bonus pays 20x your total bet if all three characters show up at once, and it can fire during free games too.
Visually the game looks exactly like a 2006 RTG title should look. A thick red border around the reels, cream rope-edged tiles, card royals (9 through A) in fat cartoon fonts coloured like bubblegum. A sad bloodhound, a pink pig in a sudsy bathtub, a stilted wooden shack with a windmill, and a moonshine jug make up the themed symbols. The background is rolling orange hills under a bright blue sky with sunburst rays behind the Hillbillies logo, and tiny ladybugs sit in the grass at the bottom of the frame.
One feature that's easy to miss: the Random Jackpot ticker in the top right corner. It's a progressive pool shared across the hosting casino's RTG network, and it can hit on any spin regardless of whether you won a line or not. Bet size doesn't matter for eligibility. No buy-bonus option, no ante-bet, no bells and whistles beyond what's here. Classic RTG pacing - the kind of slot you either click with or don't.
