About Labour Day Slot

Five paylines and a Hold & Win bonus that needs all five reels covered before it triggers - that's a steep ask for a base game with only five ways to win. Most Hold & Win slots let you in with three scatters anywhere on the grid. Labour Day wants one bonus symbol on every single reel, simultaneously. When that happens, you get 3 respins and the grid switches to coin-value collection mode. Each new symbol that lands resets the counter back to 3.

Reel 2 carries a Power Bonus position that sticks in place for the entire bonus round. Its value ranges from x1 to x15 your stake, so what lands there early shapes the round's ceiling. Three jackpot tiers sit in the left panel - Grand at x1000, Major at x150, Mini at x25 - represented by a gold bolt, a chrome bolt, and a brass hex nut. Fill enough positions during the respins and you can hit one of them.

The construction site backdrop has a yellow excavator on the left, an orange dump truck on the right, and a city skyline behind everything in muted blue-grey tones. Steel I-beams frame the grid. Symbol art is solid for the theme: a bearded foreman in a red hard hat as the top-paying icon, a blue pipe wrench, a red claw hammer, an adjustable wrench, a measuring tape, scattered nuts and bolts. Two secondary characters round out the set - a younger worker holding a clipboard and another one leaning back in a lawn chair, apparently on break.

Labour Day runs on the same engine as the rest of Onlyplay's Lucky Borscht family. Identical math across all of them. The construction worker skin is one of the more unusual theme choices in the series - most of the others lean into holidays or party settings.
