About Lion Link Horse Slot

Year of the Horse 2026 - that's the pitch. A giant 3D golden horse stands above the reels on a glowing pearl orb, wreathed in flame particles, with a red-pillared Chinese temple courtyard behind it. Piles of gold ingots flank the reel set, lanterns hang from the pagoda roofing, and the GRAND $10,000 banner sits across the top in a wide gold-and-red ribbon. The internal asset name is "fire horse" - a nod to the Fire Horse zodiac, the most powerful variant in the 60-year cycle.

The base game runs on a mystery symbol mechanic that stays on the whole time. When a Mystery icon lands it reveals a random symbol across all its positions, usually one of the four premiums (Golden Horse, gold vase, red money sack, Yuanbao ingot), which is how most of the unboosted base wins build up. Low pays are red card royals styled with Chinese number fonts. Pearls drop in with cash values printed on them, like the $1.00 one visible on reel 5.

Land six or more Pearls and the Hold-and-Spin kicks in. Pearls lock, you get three respins, the counter resets each time a fresh Pearl lands. At the end every locked Pearl pays its printed value, summed together. A Pearl can also carry a jackpot label instead of a cash amount, and that's how the five-tier ladder gets awarded: MINI 6x, MINOR 15x, MAJOR 60x, MEGA 200x, then a brutal jump straight to GRAND 10,000x. The MINI tier is unusual - the other Lion Link games run four jackpot levels, this one adds a fifth at the bottom for more frequent low hits.

Scatters open free spins, and that's where the Door Stack feature shows up: pagoda doors swing open across full reels and reveal stacked Golden Horse symbols, then the doors re-lock and trigger again on later spins. There are three free-spin tiers based on the trigger size.

No buy bonus, no ante bet, nothing optional - everything routes through the Pearls or the scatters. Sibling Chinese-themed entries in the series (Prosperous Rooster, Wealth of the Dragon) run the same Hold-and-Spin chassis with different zodiac art; the Horse swap is the most ornamental of the three, mostly because of that flaming centerpiece statue sitting above the grid.
