Mega Fire Blaze: The Khan Slot by Playtech

Almost everything worth chasing here funnels into the Mega Fire Blaze Hold & Respin, and its board is busier than the usual lock-and-fill. Six or more Fire Blaze orbs landing anywhere lock it off, giving you three respins that reset every time a fresh orb sticks. But the grid doesn't start open. Four symbol rows begin locked, two locks apiece, and around them sit three Character reels with a Grand reel up top, all sealed until you free them. A Bell Fire Blaze strips the lowest lock and settles as a 1x prize; clear both locks on a row and it opens. It shares this framework with Mega Fire Blaze: Lil'Perez, but the character reels are re-cast entirely around the Khan.

Each Character reel does its own thing once unlocked. The Eagle turns a held orb into an Emerald Jewel that soaks up the value of as many as four collected prizes into one figure. The Horse throws up to three new Fire Blaze into empty spots. The Princess drops a x2 marker on up to five random positions, and where a spot already carries one, it doubles again to x4. The Grand reel is the one you're waiting on: land its symbol and the 2,000x Grand is paid. Any Character landing also bumps your respins back to three, so a hot round can run a long time. It settles at the end with Star icons cashing out the Major, Minor or Mini.

Grinding orbs across the 40 lines is the base-game route in. The Free Games are the friendlier one. Three Scatters award five spins with no retrigger, so you're on a clock, but each spin a random number of lassos snap onto the reels and turn whatever they catch into Wilds or Fire Blaze. Rope in six or more orbs and you drop straight into the respins.

Rare Stone sets it across the Mongol steppe, rolling green valleys and a river bending toward snow-capped peaks, eagles wheeling overhead. The Khan glares out beside the reels in a golden helmet, blue silk robe and white fur mantle. Symbols run to a golden eagle, an armoured warhorse, a jewelled dagger and a gem-stuffed treasure pouch, with carved card royals down at the low end.
