About Mega Mine Slot

Mega Mine was the launch title for Relax's Nudging Ways engine in 2022, and the mechanic is genuinely unusual. The grid changes height as you spin. Mystery stacks land partially visible, then nudge upward or downward to reveal more rows, and every row a stack adds bumps the win multiplier by one while expanding the active ways count. Push the grid to its full size and you're playing on up to 32,768 ways.

The stacks themselves are the engine of the whole thing. They start as blank vertical columns covering 2-5 rows, and the arrows on either side tell you which direction the nudge is heading. Respins keep firing while a stack is still moving. Once it's fully revealed, every symbol inside the stack flips to the same paying type at once, which is how the math gets to 50,000x. A mid-pay stack on a tall grid produces silly cluster sizes that wouldn't be possible on a fixed 5x4.

The bonus needs 2 or more scatters anywhere on the reels, awarding 6 spins as the base trigger plus 1 extra per additional scatter. Mystery stacks land more often during Mega Free Spins, which is where the ceiling actually opens up since each nudged row is still adding to the multiplier. The 70x buy bonus drops you straight into a random scatter trigger and pushes RTP from 96.15% to 97.00%, though it's locked off in the UK.

Visually it's lighter than you'd expect for a mining theme. The cabinet is built like a wooden mine entrance with crossed pickaxes on top, but the backdrop is a sunny mountain valley with a waterwheel, grassy slopes, and a minecart trundling along rails to the right. Premiums are chunky cut gems in purple, green, ruby, and amber, with a wide-eyed bearded miner as the wild and a sack of glowing nuggets as the top symbol. No deep-cave gloom here, just bright cartoon prospecting with a clever grid sitting on top.
