Four animated chefs perch above reels 1 through 4 - a white mouse, a pink pig, a yellow toucan and a duck, each clutching a cleaver. They only wake up when a First Cut Wild drops onto the reel beneath them, which is restricted to reels 2, 3 and 4 only. When a chef activates, it drops down and randomly chops adjacent symbols (vertically, horizontally, diagonally - any neighbour) into their split versions, instantly multiplying the number of ways formed on the board. Each symbol can only be split once per spin, and the Wild, Bonus and Fruit Skewer themselves cannot be split.
