Very Hot 5 Booster Slot Overview

A blazing five-line fruit machine where one green clover decides how the session goes. Very Hot 5 Booster keeps the old cabinet shape intact, three rows and five fixed lines, cherries and bells and a faceted red 7, then drops a four-leaf clover into the middle that swells to fill an entire reel when it lands.

What separates it from the hundred other flaming-fruit clones is the toggle parked left of the reels. Switch on Wild Booster, pay 5x the total bet, and the clover is guaranteed next spin. Leave it armed and it keeps guaranteeing, spin after spin, until you switch it off. That is a purchase button on a game with no bonus round to buy, which is a stranger idea than it first sounds.

Fazi put it out in May 2025 as the five-line cut of the wider Very Hot family. RTP sits at 96.45%, volatility runs high, and the ceiling is around 3,000x.

Theme & Design

Red on red on more red. The backdrop burns orange at the centre and darkens toward the corners, dappled with soft out-of-focus clover shapes, and oversized amber fives flank the reels on both sides so you never lose track of how many lines are live. The strips themselves are near-black in thin gold frames, which at least keeps the fruit readable against all that heat.

The symbol set is textbook fruit machine: half a lemon, an orange with a single green leaf, a watermelon wedge, twin cherries, purple plums, a bunch of blue grapes, a gold bell with a white highlight down its shoulder. The red 7 is cut like a ruby and catches a little star of light. Scatters are gold-rimmed stars, one blue and one red, with the word SCATTER stamped flat across them, which looks like placeholder art that shipped. Everything is clean and nothing is memorable. The reels do not animate beyond a spin and a glow, and the Wild Booster plaque in the corner, gold script on a dark panel, is the only piece of the cabinet with any character to it.

Features & How They Work

The Clover Expanding Wild

The four-leaf clover drops on reels 2, 3 and 4, never on the outside pair. When it lands it stretches to cover that reel top to bottom and stands in for every symbol except the two stars. All five paylines thread through the middle of the grid, so one full-height clover touches every one of them at once. That is why a single wild here tends to pay across several lines together instead of one, and why two clovers on adjacent middle reels is where the numbers start getting interesting.

Wild Booster

The toggle to the left of the reels arms Booster mode, and the ACTIVATE prompt then charges 5x the total bet. In return the expanding clover is guaranteed on the next spin. It stays on until you turn it off, so it behaves like a mode rather than a one-shot purchase. Return during Booster spins is 96.46%, near enough identical to normal play, which means the money buys certainty about where the wild lands and nothing more.

Two star scatters

Blue stars pay from anywhere on the grid: 3x for three, 20x for four, 100x for five. The red star is narrower, appearing only on reels 1, 3 and 5, and three of them pay 20x. Neither one triggers anything, and the clover will not substitute for either. They are pay symbols that happen to ignore the lines.

Gold, Diamond and Platinum mystery jackpots

Three progressives tick along beneath the reels, fed by a slice of every base bet and awarded at a random moment that nothing on the grid telegraphs. Higher stakes improve the odds of catching one. Gold sits in the hundreds, Diamond climbs into the thousands, and Platinum runs lowest of the three despite the name. The quoted RTP excludes what the jackpots return, so the working figure is a shade above 96.45%.

Red or black gamble

Any win can be pushed into the card gamble. Call the colour right and it doubles, call it wrong and it is gone. You can keep climbing until you miss or until the 50,000 win limit shuts the ladder down.

How Very Hot 5 Booster Plays

Sessions here are short-breath stuff. Spins resolve in about a second, most of them for nothing, and five lines leave no drip of small consolation wins to smooth the gaps. You are waiting on one symbol, over and over.

Booster mode changes the shape of a session more than it changes the odds. Paying to force the clover takes away the waiting but not the risk, because a wild reel still needs the reels either side to cooperate, and a boosted spin that lands the clover between two low fruits gives back a fraction of what it cost. Three or four of those in a row can sting more than a plain dry run does, since you chose to pay for each one.

What the game lacks is a ramp. Nothing accumulates, no scatter count creeps toward anything, and the jackpot tickers drop without warning, so even they are not tension you can feel building. For my money it works best in short bursts at low stakes, treated exactly like the pub cabinet it is imitating.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The expanding clover covers a full reel and usually pays across several lines at once
  • Wild Booster lets you force the wild rather than sit and wait for it
  • Red 7 pays from just two of a kind and reaches 600x for five
  • Three mystery jackpots pay on top of the quoted RTP

Cons

  • No free spins and no bonus round, so nothing builds across a session
  • Five fixed lines make the dry stretches long and flat
  • The Booster charges 5x for certainty, not for a better return
  • Stock classic-fruit art, right down to the word SCATTER printed on the stars

Is Very Hot 5 Booster Worth Playing?

5/10

Fazi has built this machine several times now, and this is the thinnest cut of it: five lines, one wild, no bonus. What keeps it above filler is that the wild is unusually powerful when there are so few lines for it to cross, and the Booster hands you a lever to pull when patience runs out. Most classic fruit slots give you no lever at all.

The high volatility tag is earned, but it comes from one narrow source. Everything rides on where the clover lands, and away from it the paytable is thin enough that a long session shows you all it has inside twenty minutes. Anyone who likes the clover but wants more lines feeding it will get more out of the 20-line version.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum win on Very Hot 5 Booster?

Around 3,000x your stake. The route there runs through clovers filling the middle reels and completing red 7 lines, since the 7 pays 600x for five on a single payline.

Does Very Hot 5 Booster have free spins?

No. There is no free spins round and no second bonus game. The expanding clover wild, the optional Wild Booster and the mystery jackpots are the entire feature set.

What does the Wild Booster cost and what does it do?

It costs 5x your total bet and guarantees the expanding clover wild on the following spin. It stays switched on until you turn it off, and the return holds at 96.46% while it is running.

What is the RTP and volatility of Very Hot 5 Booster?

The game reports an average RTP of 96.45%, and volatility is high. That RTP figure does not include what the three mystery jackpots pay back.

Is there an age limit for playing Very Hot 5 Booster?

Yes. Real-money play is limited to players aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live. The demo is for seeing how the game works, not for practising, and no amount of play changes the odds on a jackpot drop.
