Bad Santa is a high-volatility Christmas-pub slot from Endorphina where a biker Santa pours three beers, each glass filling from token bottles to trigger its own bonus: a Hold Beer hold-and-win, 26 Drunk Games free spins, or a Boozy Guns pick round, up to 1,700x.

Bad Santa Slot Overview
Santa has swapped the red suit for a leather jacket and shades, and he is spending Christmas Eve in a pub with his reindeer. Three beer glasses sit on the bar above the reels, and filling them is what the whole game is built around. Each one pours into a different bonus.
The machinery underneath is plain. 5x3, 30 fixed lines, left to right, no cascades and no ways engine. Coloured bottle Tokens land on the reels and cover whatever is beneath them, then fly off into the matching glass: blue feeds Lager, yellow feeds Ale, green feeds Stout. Every pour carries a random chance of tipping that glass into its bonus game.
RTP is 96.04%, volatility is high, and the headline number is 1,700x. The biggest single prize in the game is the 1,000x ULTRA jackpot, so that top figure means a full hold-and-win grid plus everything stacked around it.
Theme & Design
The setting is a bar late in the evening. A fireplace burns red behind the counter, string lights run along the window, a decorated tree stands in the corner, and the back shelf is loaded with crates of bottles above a floor of stacked wooden barrels. Santa leans on the bar in black leather over a red shirt, white beard, sunglasses on indoors. The reindeer beside him wears a studded chain collar with a bell and has the expression of someone three drinks in. A neon BAD SANTA sign burns off to the right.
The reel symbols are where it gets lazy. The low tier is card suits again, just poured into coloured shot glasses: gold diamond, red heart, blue spade, green club. Above those, a dartboard with three darts buried in it, a blue 8-ball and a purple fan of aces. Endorphina has been dressing card suits as objects for years and this is another pass at it, though bar props at least belong in the room. The warm amber of the pub against the cold blue window light reads well, and the three labelled glasses double as a progress display, which keeps your eye exactly where the game wants it.

Features & How They Work
Bottle Tokens and the three glasses
Lager, Ale and Stout sit on the bar above the reels, each labelled with the bonus it leads to. Bottle Tokens drop onto the reels in blue, yellow or green and cover the symbol underneath. When a Token lifts off, the symbol it was hiding still counts toward line wins, so a Token landing never costs you a position. It also pours into its matching glass.
Filling a glass may fire that glass's bonus, and the activation is random. It is not a meter you can read, and the number of Tokens that landed earlier changes nothing about the current pour. Only one bonus game runs at a time.
Hold Beer (Lager glass)
The Lager route turns the reels into a 5x3 grid of beer caps and empty cells. Five caps are on the board at the start, each stamped with a prize between 1x and 30x the bet or one of the jackpot markers. Caps lock, empty cells respin, and the round ends when the respins run out or every cell is covered.
Jackpot caps pay 50x for MIN, 100x for MID and 300x for MAX. Covering all 15 positions awards the ULTRA at 1,000x. Everything on the grid is totalled and paid at the finish.
Drunk Games (Ale glass)
The Ale glass awards 26 free games, a big count for a slot with this much else going on. Tokens keep landing throughout, which means both other bonus rounds are live inside the free games, and more free games are on the table too. Stacking a hold-and-win or a pick round on top of a long free-game run is where the game's best sessions come from.
Boozy Guns (Stout glass)
Sixteen bottles line up and you pick them one at a time. Each reveals a cash prize of 5x to 10x or one of four Award symbols in green, blue, purple or red. Awards are tallied in their own counters and the round runs until three of the same colour turn up. Green pays 20x, blue 50x, purple 200x and red 500x, with everything collected paid together at the end. Three reds is the second-largest result in the game, which makes this more than the usual filler minigame.
Lucky Time
A random helper that drops symbols onto the reels to push a bonus game into life. No trigger condition, no build-up, it simply happens.
Risk Game
Endorphina's gamble ladder is here after any win: double or nothing on a card draw, up to ten picks in a row. It is disabled while autoplay is running.

How Bad Santa Plays
The base game is thin and it knows it. Shot glasses return small change, the mid symbols need four or five to be worth anything, and long runs pass with nothing much happening. What holds a session together is the bar top. You stop watching the reels and start watching how full the three glasses are.
That is also the frustration. A glass can sit near the brim for a long stretch and give you nothing, because the pour that fires the bonus is picked at random rather than at a fill line. You'll likely have sessions where all three look ready and none of them break.
When one does break, the pace changes completely. Hold Beer closes fast when the respins refuse to connect, and plenty of them finish in double figures. Boozy Guns can be over in four picks or run long enough to bank two purples before the third of anything shows. Drunk Games is the one that reshapes a balance, since the other two rounds fire inside it. A session ends up shaped like a pub night: long flat stretches, then something loud.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Three separate bonus rounds, each with its own trigger and its own shape
- 26 free games is a big count, and the other two bonuses can fire inside them
- Bottle Tokens never waste a position, since the covered symbol still pays when they lift
- Bar art has character, and the Santa and reindeer pair sell the joke
Cons
- Base game pays poorly between features and the high volatility makes the gaps long
- Random bonus activation means a nearly full glass tells you nothing
- Low symbols are recoloured card suits, yet again
- Top end is modest for a game leaning this hard on its bonus rounds
Is Bad Santa Worth Playing?
What Bad Santa gets right is structure. Three bonus games hanging off one collection mechanic gives an Endorphina line slot more to do than the studio usually allows itself, and routing the Ale glass into 26 free games that contain the other two rounds is a smart bit of design. The art carries the joke without hammering it.
What it lacks is a big ceiling and anything to chew on between features. The base game is bare enough that the randomness of the glass triggers becomes the main source of tension by default, which is a strange place to put the tension. The Boozy Guns pick round is probably the most enjoyable of the three, and that is unusual for a minigame that normally exists to pad a feature list.
