About Blossom & Blade Slot

The reel cabinet sits under a tiled pagoda roof with paper lanterns hanging from each side, and cherry blossom trees crowd in behind the frame in soft pinks and greens. Card royals get the calligraphy treatment, brushed in colored ink with bamboo curling around them, and the higher symbols are all handpicked Edo-period props: a red parasol, a biwa lute, geta sandals on a tray, a porcelain tea set, a folding paper fan painted with mountains. It is one of the more restrained Japanese-themed slots in circulation, leaning closer to a museum print than a samurai cartoon.

The mechanical hook is the parasol. It arrives as a triple-high stacked block on the reels and pays from two of a kind onwards, which most premium symbols do not. Two parasols anywhere on a payline pay 5 coins, three pay 100, four pay 400, and five fill out at 2,000, so a single full reel of the parasol stack lining up with another reel of the same can drop a four-of-a-kind even when the rest of the grid is quiet. That early-pay structure changes how the base game feels compared with a standard high-symbol setup.

Free Spins are tied to the same triple-high mechanic, and the trigger is unusually narrow. Scatters only count on reels 2 and 4, and the whole stacked symbol has to land flush in view on both reels at once. Hit that and you get 10 spins. There is no three-scatter tier and no land-anywhere fallback. During the round, the Random Wild that occasionally appears in the base game is removed entirely, and the same reel-2/4 scatter now hands out 5 extra spins per occurrence instead of retriggering a fresh round. Clean swap of mechanics rather than the usual layering.

No buy bonus menu, no jackpot strip, no random extra wilds during the bonus round. Two scatter reels and one stacked premium do all the work. Either the triple-high lands on 2 and 4, or it doesn't.
