About Drake's Treasure Slot

The bonus structure here works on simple combinatorial math. Three base feature types exist (Reel Boost, Jackpot, and Wild Boost) and any free spin round can fire one of them, two stacked together, or all three running at once. That gives seven possible rounds rather than the three a normal slot would offer, and the splash banner above the reels actually names this out as "7 different features." Each base type pulls its own mechanic into the round.

Reel Boost is the most visible of the three. When it triggers, the grid expands from 5x4 to 5x6, paylines double from 30 to 60, and multiplier hot spots seed onto specific positions for 6 free spins. Jackpot runs longer at 12 spins, but trades the multiplier mechanic for gem and coin prizes that feed into one of four fixed cash tiers shown on the left of the cabinet: Grand, Major, Minor, Mini. At the demo's $0.75 stake those tiers display $1,000, $200, $30 and $10, with the Grand capped around 100,000 coins at higher denominations. Wild Boost is the shortest at 6 spins and the most aggressive on the math, converting every position adjacent to a wild landing into a wild itself. Combine two or three of these in the same round and the round behaves accordingly. A Reel Boost plus Wild Boost stack means adjacent wilds spreading across the expanded 5x6 grid. A triple stack is the headline outcome.

The cabinet leans into the dark-fantasy pirate motif harder than the title suggests. Carved wooden borders enclose the reels, lanterns hang from the top corners, and a stormy purple-magenta sky sits behind everything. The three feature banners crown the reels in purple, red and green over their own miniature wooden plinths. Symbol art mixes the obvious pirate iconography (Drake himself in a red bandana, treasure chests) with a gryphon, a green serpent dragon and a crimson cobra that push the theme into mythology rather than straight Sir Francis Drake territory. Royal cards stamp the low pay in red on black.

One thing worth flagging before pressing spin: there is no buy bonus. The identifier itself reads "nobb," and the only path into the seven-feature system is waiting for the trigger to drop naturally. IGT is shipping this on the modern iSoftBet Pulse engine rather than the older WagerWorks stack, which is why the cabinet looks closer to a contemporary Nolimit release than a 2018 IGT cabinet, but the no-buy decision keeps it on the patient side of 2025's bonus-on-demand landscape.
