About Heroes' Gathering Slot

Heroes' Gathering wraps the reels inside a literal tabletop board, with a wooden track of numbered spaces running around the 5x3 grid. Candles, beer mugs, treasure maps and stray gold coins sit on the tavern table behind it. The mood is dungeon-crawl downtime - heroes meeting up between quests rather than mid-battle - and the symbols themselves stick to classic fantasy RPG casting: armored knight, robed wizard, hooded archer, dagger rogue, with stone-carved runes filling the low end.

The base game is light. 20 ways, Wilds that substitute for paying symbols, and a Bonus scatter that does all the heavy lifting. There's no ante bet and no buy option, so triggering happens the old way.

Two scatters land you in the Mini Board Game - a stripped-down version of the main feature with a shorter track and smaller prizes. Three scatters open the full Board Game Free Spins, and this is where the design gets interesting. Instead of a fixed spin counter, you move a hero token around the board surrounding the reels. Each space you land on does something different: coin payouts, multiplier bumps, extra moves, a trip to the Fortune Wheel for a randomized prize. The free spins keep going as long as the board keeps progressing. Hit a stop space and it ends. Keep landing on advance spaces and it doesn't.

The multiplier ladder is the engine. It climbs as you collect upgrades on the track, all the way up to 100x, and it's how the game reaches its 29,794x ceiling - a single capped 400x spin under a maxed-out global multiplier. Realistically you're rarely getting close to that, but the structure means a hot run feeds itself, since each productive landing extends the bonus AND raises the value of every spin still to come.

It's an unusual setup for Relax Gaming, who usually run tighter spin-counted bonuses. Here the round can fizzle in three moves or stretch for twenty, and the board layout makes you actually watch where the token lands instead of just counting down spins. The base game is fine, nothing more. The board is the whole reason to load this one up.
