About Joker Ra Slot
No free spins here. That's the first thing to know about this one, because the Egyptian-slot shelf is stacked with games that lean on a bonus round, and this isn't one of them. The whole feature set runs in the base game, built around a single expanding wild and a pair of scatter-pay symbols.
The wild is a grinning Pharaoh-Joker, a red joker face grafted onto a striped nemes headdress, and it only ever appears on the three middle reels. When one lands it stretches vertically to cover its entire reel, then stands in for everything except the two scatters. Catch the Joker on more than one of the centre reels and you can wall off reels two, three and four with wilds in a single spin, which is the only real route to the bigger line hits.
The two scatters work side by side rather than feeding a bonus. The Pyramid of the Sun, a glowing orange triangle, lands on all five reels; the Pharaoh's Chest sticks to reels one, three and five. Both pay by count from any position, and crucially their wins get added on top of whatever the paylines produce on the same spin, not paid instead of them. So a good board can collect a line win, a Pyramid count and a Chest count all at once.
Two extras sit outside that loop. Any win can be pushed into a card gamble, pick a face-down card to beat the dealer, double or bust, repeatable up to ten times (the Joker beats everything, the dealer never draws one). And there's a network Mystery Jackpot running three tiers, Grand, Major and Minor, drawn at random with no input from you beyond betting bigger for better odds. Operators can switch it off, so it won't always be there.
The board sits in a polished gold cabinet under a winged-sun logo, the reels dark so the art reads clearly: a fierce orange crocodile, a blue-masked Anubis jackal, an armoured golden cat, a painted falcon, a turquoise scarab, a scorpion and a winged ankh, all against a hazy desert sunset with one huge pyramid silhouetted behind. It looks the part. The mechanics are thinner than the dressing suggests, and if you'd rather a dice spin on the same engine, the Joker Ra Dice and Sunrise re-skins play identically.
