About Pharaoh's Falls Slot

Genii's cascade family has a clear pecking order, and Pharaoh's Falls sits near the top. It shares the engine with Falling Fossils and Winning Waterfall but adds something those siblings don't have: retriggering Free Falls. Land another batch of scatters mid-bonus and the spin counter extends, which is rare for this developer.

The signature mechanic is a four-step cascade multiplier ladder sitting on a stone plaque above the reels. First win in a chain pays at x1. Survive the cascade and the next drop pays x2. Then x3, then x5, with the meter holding at x5 for every subsequent cascade until the chain finally breaks. The numbers don't compound. They step. So a single payline win means nothing on its own, but a chain that reaches x5 on a high-tier symbol drop pushes the math toward the 57,025-coin top payout the paytable advertises.

Two scatters operate in parallel and that catches people out. The gold star tile labelled FREE FALLS is the trigger, paying 10/15/20 spins for 3/4/5 hits. The purple jewel with the green scarab marked SCATTER is a separate symbol that pays 2x, 5x, or 10x your total bet for 3/4/5 of a kind. They look nothing alike once you see them side by side, but the dual-scatter setup is unusual enough to mention.

There's a wrinkle on bonus triggers worth knowing. If three FREE FALLS tiles land mid-cascade, the trigger gets parked in a meter Genii calls the Free Falls Star. The bonus only fires after the chain finishes, so any extra scatters that drop during the same cascade stack into the same session. The multiplier ladder also carries through into the bonus, which combined with the retrigger is what gives this game more ceiling than Winning Waterfall despite identical line counts and free spin counts.

Visually it leans hard into the temple aesthetic. The cabinet sits inside a stone surround with papyrus columns down each side, lotus-flower capitals at the top, and lit torches burning at the base of each pillar. Sun-disc and feather carvings sit above the multiplier plaque. Symbols are cushion-cut sapphires, rhombus rubies and amethysts, pentagonal emeralds, plus A-K-Q-J royals carved into weathered stone tiles in ornate gold lettering. No Egyptian slot needs another Anubis, and this one happily skips that route - the iconography is restricted to the architecture and the SCATTER scarab, with gemstones doing the heavy lifting on the reels.

No buy bonus, no jackpot, bet caps at $31.25. Standard Genii spec sheet. The retrigger is what separates it.
