About Twisted Lab Slot
Three colors of beaker sit on the grid, and each one breaks differently when the reels turn. Purple flasks spill standard wilds downward from wherever they rest. Blue flasks do the same but stamp multiplier values onto those wilds - anywhere from 2x up to 100x. Pink flasks multiply whatever multiplier is already there, carrying their own 2x through 10x modifier. A Blue Beaker showing 50x that overlaps with a Pink Beaker at 5x creates a 250x wild zone across every position the ooze touches. These interactions compound across multiple rotations, and the grid rotates a lot.
That rotation is the RotoGrid mechanic. When a RotoGrid symbol lands, it carries 1 to 4 charges, and each charge turns the 5x5 grid 90 degrees clockwise. Wins are calculated at each stop before the next rotation. A beaker sitting in the middle of a row might end up at the top of a column after one turn, and since the ooze always spills downward from the beaker's current position, that single flask now covers five positions instead of two. Direction changes everything. The paytable itself is modest - low symbols pay 0.1x to 1x for five of a kind, highs top out at 5x, the wild flask at 10x. Without beaker multipliers stacking across rotations, those base values barely register.
Three scatters start 10 free spins where Purple Beakers are stripped from the reel set entirely. Every beaker that appears carries either an additive or multiplicative multiplier, so each rotation event produces multiplier wilds instead of plain ones. Five buy tiers range from 3x (BonusHunt mode) up to 200x, which buys directly into the alternate bonus.
Four scatters trigger something structurally different. The grid converts into a collect game - only Twisters, Collectors, RotoGrid symbols, and blanks appear. Blue Twisters display four multiplier values on their sides (one visible at a time, ranging from 1x to 1,000x), and grid rotation changes which value faces forward. Pink Twisters work the same way but carry multiplicative modifiers from x2 to x10. You get 3 lives, reset whenever a new Twister or Collector lands. When a Collector appears, it grabs every visible Twister value on the grid. A few Twisters showing 100x or 1,000x, multiplied by a Pink Twister at x10, is how the 15,000x ceiling becomes realistic. Two sci-fi lab bonus modes running on fundamentally different math - that's a steep learning curve, but the mechanics reward the time.
