About Double Dragons Slot
Two dragons share the cabinet here, and they don't share rules. The Blue Ice Dragon Head acts as a multiplier engine: every Blue Head visible during a dropdown win doubles that win, and five of them on screen pile up to a x32 cap. The Red Fire Dragon Head plays the opposite role and drops 2-3 extra Red Body Wilds into random non-wild positions whenever it lands. Each full dragon you see on the reels is one Head plus a chain of connected Body Wilds, so they show up as constellation blocks rather than scattered single icons.
Wins use cascading dropdowns, and stacking 4 dropdown wins in a single round triggers the Double Dragons feature. One reel gets a full Red Dragon Wild, another reel gets a full Blue Dragon Wild, and each dragon stretches anywhere from 7 to 28 wilds tall depending on what the round generates. Body Wilds substitute for any regular icon but never stand in for the Heads themselves, which matters because the Heads are what you're really hunting.
The Dragon Head Collection is the unusual hook. Every time a Head appears, it gets pulled off the reels into a panel above the grid and replaced by a regular wild for that spin. Collect 9 Red Heads to trigger Red Dragon Free Spins, 9 Blue Heads for the Blue version, and any extras roll into the next collection. The panel persists across sessions, so you can leave the game, come back days later, and your 6 Blue Heads are still sitting there waiting. If both meters fill on the same spin, Red plays first and Blue queues after.
Free Spins relax the trigger: only 2 wins in a row are needed to fire Double Dragons, and when it fires it spawns 2 dragons of the matching colour rather than one of each. There's no retrigger, and free spins play at the average coin value used while you collected those 9 heads, so cheap base-game collecting means cheap bonus rounds.
Visually it leans into Asian fantasy hard, all snow-capped peaks, drifting mist and stone-carved Chinese lettering, with the dragons coiled physically around the wooden cabinet. The 800x cap is modest by modern standards, which makes sense for a 2016 release, and the appeal sits in the persistent collection mechanic rather than in chasing huge multipliers. For a different take on Yggdrasil's dragon catalogue, the dropdown engine here is closer to a slow-burn collection grind than a single-session sprint.
