A 3x3 fruit machine with a jester problem. Cherries and bars pay pennies, but land two gold coins on the outer reels with a money bag between them and the fruit clears out for nine respins. Every extra bag collects every coin that follows, and four fixed jackpots up to 2,500x ride in on the coins themselves.

Last Laugh Slot Overview
A grinning jester presides over a three-reel fruit machine, and the joke in the title is that he is the one collecting. The grid is a 3x3 with five fixed paylines. Cherries, plums, bananas, a double BAR, a golden bell, a red seven: a bar-top classic on the surface.
The gold coins stamped with his face are what the game actually runs on. Two of them on the outer reels with a red money bag in the middle, and the fruit is swept off the board for nine respins of Hold & Win. This is the collector kind rather than the usual lock-the-coins version: the bag locks, every coin that lands afterwards is added to it and then disappears, so the grid stays mostly empty while a number climbs.
Four fixed jackpots hang above the reels, and they arrive stamped on a coin like any other value. There are no free spins at all. One bonus round, one way in, plus a buy button.
Theme & Design
Deep red harlequin diamonds sit behind the reels, twisted gold columns run down either side with flames licking up them, and a pile of coins spills over the top rail of the cabinet next to the jackpot plaques in gold, purple and green. It reads warm and slightly infernal without ever committing to either.
The symbols are glossy 3D renders rather than flat icons, and the fruit is the best of it: a wet-cut watermelon, a plum with one leaf still attached, cherries on a stem. The jester is a friendly cartoon mascot in a red-and-gold cap, thumbs up on the logo, which sits oddly against all that fire. He turns up twice, as the diamond-framed wild card and embossed on the bonus coins. When the feature starts the flames go white-hot and the reels become a wall of coin backs stamped with his hat. That switch is the strongest visual moment in the game, and the base grid looks a little plain once you have seen it.

Features & How They Work
Hold & Win
Two or more BONUS coins landing with at least one COLLECT bag starts the round with nine respins. Because coins only appear on reels 1 and 3 and the bag only appears on reel 2, the smallest possible trigger is one coin on each outer reel and a bag between them.
Every payable symbol is stripped out for the duration. Bags lock where they land, each coin that appears is added to them and then cleared off the grid, and the totals are paid together when the respin counter empties. The rule that matters most: with more than one bag on screen, every coin value is added to each of them. A second bag effectively doubles the rest of the round, a third triples it. The feature plays at the triggering bet.
+1 SPIN and EXPAND
Two extra symbols exist only inside the feature. +1 SPIN is a jester popping out of a treasure chest and adds a single respin. EXPAND does that too, and permanently grows the reel it lands on by one position, up to a maximum of five. Once a reel is full it stops appearing there.
Stack a few and the 3x3 can finish the round as a 3x5, which means more space for coins and, more usefully, more space for bags.
Jackpot Coins
Four tiers ride in on bonus coins: MINI at 25x, MINOR at 50x, MAJOR at 350x and GRAND at 2,500x the bet. These are fixed bet multiples, not pooled progressives, so the meters above the reels never move between spins.
There is no separate pick round or wheel to reach them. A jackpot coin lands, a bag collects it, and the value goes into the accumulator exactly like an ordinary 0.5x or 30x coin.
Jester's Fortune
A random base-game event that only fires when Hold & Win did not trigger and at least one coin or bag is already on the reels. It converts other symbols into extra BONUS or COLLECT symbols, which can turn a near miss into a full trigger. Its entire job is rescuing spins that came up one symbol short.
Buy Bonus
One price, one option: 30x the bet for the same nine-respin round. There is no cheaper entry, no enhanced version and no published buy RTP, so the buy is a straight swap of stake for access. At the default 20.00 bet that is 600.00 a go.

How Last Laugh Plays
The base game is thin, and it is meant to be. Three of a kind is the only combination that exists on a three-reel grid, so wins arrive small and often mean handing most of the stake straight back. Nobody plays this for line pays. The fruit is there to fill time between coins.
Which sends all the attention to the outer reels. A coin on reel one and a coin on reel three with nothing in the middle is the near miss you will see again and again, since the bag lives on reel two and nowhere else. That restriction makes the game unusually easy to read: you always know exactly how close that spin came, which is either the appeal or the irritation depending on the day.
Inside the round the incentive flips. Coins are fine, bags are what you want, and a round with one lonely bag creeping upward feels flat however many coins turn up. Two bags plus a couple of EXPANDs is when it starts to feel like something is building. The respin counter refusing to fall, because +1 SPIN keeps landing, is the closest this game gets to tension.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Collector-style Hold & Win where each extra bag multiplies every coin that lands afterwards
- Nine respins as standard, extended by +1 SPIN and EXPAND symbols
- Reels grow from 3x3 toward 3x5 during the feature
- Four fixed jackpots up to 2,500x can land on any bonus coin
Cons
- 94.25% RTP is low for a current release
- Base game returns almost nothing on its own: three of a kind only, and tiny multiples
- A single bonus round with no free spins, so everything rests on Hold & Win arriving
- The 10,000x ceiling sits four times above the top jackpot and needs a rare pile-up to reach
Is Last Laugh Worth Playing?
A classic cabinet bolted onto a collector bonus, and the bolt holds better than expected. The 3x3 keeps the base game honest about being filler, the coin-and-bag geometry is legible at a glance, and multiplying every value across several bags gives the round a shape beyond watching squares fill in. Nine respins is generous for something priced at 30x.
The reservation is the return. 94.25% is below where most current releases land, and it bites harder on a game with exactly one route to a meaningful win, since there is no second feature to spread the math across. The jackpot ladder helps, though the GRAND at 2,500x is the realistic top rather than the number on the poster.
It plays best in short bursts around the buy button. It plays worst as something you sit down at for an hour.
