Sugar Rush 1000 takes the original Sugar Rush formula and cranks up the ceiling. Same 7x7 cluster pay grid, same tumble mechanic, same candy theme. The difference is in the numbers: 25,000x max win versus the original's cap, and multiplier spots that can theoretically grow without limit during free spins.
Five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically form a cluster and pay. Winning symbols explode, remaining symbols drop, new ones fill from above. Standard tumble loop. RTP is 96.53% at the default tier, with operator options at 95.50% and 97.50%.
Every position on the 7x7 grid can become a multiplier spot. When a winning symbol explodes on a position, that spot gets marked. The second explosion on the same spot adds a x2 multiplier. Each subsequent explosion doubles it: x4, x8, x16, x32, and beyond. In the base game, all spots and multipliers reset when the tumble sequence ends.
During free spins, they don't reset. Multiplier spots persist across the entire round, growing with every tumble on every spin. A spot that hits x32 on spin 3 is still there on spin 15, and it keeps doubling if more symbols explode on it. By the end of a long free spins session with retriggers, the grid can be peppered with spots carrying triple-digit multipliers.
Three to seven scatters award 10 to 30 free spins. Retriggers add more on the same scale. The 100x buy skips straight to the trigger with a random 3-7 scatter count.
Then there's the 500x Super Free Spins buy. It starts the round with x2 multipliers already placed on all 49 grid positions. Every single spot on the grid begins at x2 before the first spin even happens. One tumble on any position pushes that spot to x4. Two tumbles makes it x8. The head start is massive, and it's why the 500x price tag exists.
At $2.00 per spin base, the Super buy costs $1,000. At $0.20, it's $100. The price reflects the payout potential - reaching the 25,000x cap is significantly more realistic from a Super Free Spins round than from a standard one.
Only seven paying symbol types on a 49-position grid means clusters form often. The top symbol pays 3,000 coins for 15+ connected, which is 150x the bet multiplier before any multiplier spots apply. Apply a few accumulated spot multipliers and that number grows fast.
The paytable is bottom-heavy though. Five-symbol clusters (the minimum) pay between 4 and 20 coins depending on symbol tier. Without multiplier spots activating, base game wins are small. The entire design pushes you toward either long tumble chains that build spots or free spins where spots compound over time.
Four progressive jackpots (GRAND, MEGA, MAJOR, MINOR) trigger randomly from base game spins, adding another payout path. Availability depends on your casino. The candy theme is well-worn at this point - gummy bears, lollipops, cupcakes against a pastel landscape. The visual formula hasn't changed from the original. What changed is the math, and the math is where Sugar Rush 1000 earns its name.
