About Wish of a Lifetime: Hold & Win Slot

Picture a blue-skinned djinn rising from a sea of gold coins, four jackpot panels glowing above him and five purple gems lined up like a progress bar across the top of the cabinet. That row of gems is the part worth understanding before you spin, because it changes the math of every special symbol on screen and it remembers your progress between sessions.

Here's how the progression works. Each Hold & Win bonus you trigger lights the next gem, from one through five. The lit gems set a permanent multiplier on every Cash Sack, Mystery symbol and Jackpot tier in the game. At Level 1 a Cash Sack pays its face value of 1x to 5x your bet. At Level 5 the same sack pays five times that. Mystery symbols climb from 10x/12x/15x to 50x/60x/75x. The jackpot tiers scale the same way: Mini 20x becomes 100x, Minor 50x becomes 250x, Major 100x becomes 500x, and the Grand 1,000x stretches all the way to 5,000x. Closing the tab does not reset you. Come back next week and your gems are still where you left them.

The base game itself is a 5x4 board of Arabian props, treasure chest, jeweled ring, jewelry pouch, golden bell, with J/Q/K/A royals filling the gaps and the wild paying 50x for five in a row. Cash Sacks, Mystery symbols and the four Jackpot icons do not pay on the 20 lines at all. They exist purely to feed the bonus. Every time one lands it tosses a coin toward the genie statue, building a meter that triggers Hold & Win by chance. Land six or more specials in a single spin and the trigger is guaranteed.

The bonus respins behave the way the genre tells you they will. You start with three respins, only Cash/Mystery/Jackpot/empty positions are in play, and each new landing resets the counter to three. A single bonus spin can drop up to six Cash Sacks. Land a jackpot symbol during the round and it pays the corresponding tier, multiplied by your current gem level. There is no direct way to buy into Hold & Win, only the Double Chance ante at 1.5x stake which pushes RTP up a fraction and improves trigger odds. Octoplay clearly wants you grinding the gems the long way.

Visually it sits in the same Aladdin tradition as their earlier Lady Wish, but the cabinet here is bolder, a marble arch wrapped in gold scrollwork, palm trees flanking the reels, a starlit night sky behind the columns. The male genie on the title screen with his blue skin and gold cuffs is the one tossing coins at the statue between spins. 92.75% is a soft number for a high-volatility cabinet, and the 5,050x ceiling assumes you have already maxed the gems, so the headline figure on the marketing page is really a Level 5 figure. Treat the first dozen sessions as setup work for the multiplier you actually want to play with.
