About Big Catch Bass Fishing Win Stepper Slot
Three reels, three rows, five fixed lines, and a fishing net stretched above the grid waiting to fill up with scattered cash. That's the surface. The interesting wrinkle is what happens to reels 1 and 3 once the fisherman shows up on reel 2.
The base game runs on classic symbol stock: 9, 10, J and Q royals at the bottom, then Cherry, Lemon, Bell and 7s climbing the paytable. Bass-shaped Cash Prize scatters land only on reels 1 and 3 carrying a fixed value, and the fisherman (the Cash Collect) lives exclusively on reel 2. Pair them on a single spin and every bass in view gets vacuumed up and added to the collector. Wilds substitute for everything except those two specials.
Now the signature. Any time a Cash Collect trigger fires, the Win Stepper can kick in at random. Reels 1 and 3 step down one row, exposing fresh symbols at the top. Land another bass up there? Collected. The reels keep stepping until no more cash prizes are visible, or until the bonus round triggers and the game jumps straight in. It's a satisfying mechanic because once it starts you genuinely don't know when it'll stop.
The bonus needs Cash Prizes on BOTH outer reels plus the fisherman on reel 2. You get three spins, the collector stays locked, and every new bass that lands resets the counter back to three and feeds its value into the collector. Up to three Cash Collects can stack on reel 2 across the round, each one acting as another payout point. Above the reels, the net quietly gathers any scatters that drop during normal play, and the Big Splash feature can randomly dump enough of them onto the grid to force a bonus trigger out of nowhere. Four fixed cashpots sit on top of all this, MINI through MEGA at 25x, 50x, 150x and 1,000x, and they only pay out when a fisherman actually collects them.
Power Play is the alternate mode tucked behind the button on the left. Five times the base stake, and the reels strip back to nothing but bass and fishermen, no royals, no fruit, no line wins. Every triggered collect guarantees the Win Stepper instead of leaving it to chance, and the ceiling lifts from 4,065x to 6,235x. This sits alongside the rest of the fishing-themed catalogue but the stepping reels are what separate it from the Megaways sister title in the series.
